Perfektní pro okolní výlety. Hezké prostředí u jezera.
Topení je v noci občas rušivé, každé dvě minuty v plechu začalo cvakat.
Když jsme chtěli o hodinu pozdější checkout, bylo nám to zamítnuto.

The location is excellent, and the fact that one can see the lake from any cottage, really. The space in the middle is great for kids to get together and play games. The location, facilities, and views are really wonderful!
One of the beds had an older mattress and we kept rolling one on top of the other. It did not make for a restful sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Bathroom small but clean. Great view of the lake from our cottage too.
The paths weren't very well maintained and quite old. They could do with updating

Good facilities. Nice lake views.
Uncleaned bed with hairs and room smells. Not a comfortable stay.

Beautiful lake, excellent view of the lake from our room, convenient location. Big property . Room was nice and clean . Friendly helpful staff. Loved having access to canoes during our stay . We had a pair of loons maybe 20ft from the canoe each time we went out for a paddle . Excellent experience. We'll definitely be back again!

The cabin was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. The view across to the lake was lovely. We were only there for 1 night so did not make use of the other recreational activities.
The description stated that it was a cabin with a Kitchenette. This consisted of a small microwave with no instructions as to how to use it. A fridge and coffee maker and kettle. There were no glasses or cutlery or plates. We were told that the kitchenettes did not have them. This was not stated on the booking form. For travellers such as ourselves, when booking accomodation where one expects to be able to have meals that we bring with us this is very frustrating. We had to go into town and buy plastic plates and cutlery. I have not experienced a kitchenette minus basic cutlery and dishes before. This should be made quite clear especially as this facility is some distance from a town.

Beautiful location, nice cottage with all kinds of amenities. But most important and beyond our expectations: the beds were fantastic!
Very comfortable and spacious; we slept like babies!
The impersonal communication. Never saw anybody, everything via email but maybe because it was low season.

Location and view.
More than anything else, the bed mattress was terrible (the middle was almost hollow).

I like that the cottage is by the lake and the price is reasonable.

Showering was terrible, lucky I was able to get out of shower while scalding hot water started coming out mid shower . Then ice cold then scalding hot . Very dangerous should be temp controlled at 125 max not 150-160°f

We loved how quiet (they told us they had 25 checkouts one day and we thought the place was empty it was so quiet) it was and enjoyed the winterwonderland that is Hunstville right from our doorstep. The staff were all great - very attentive and responsive. The cabin was clean and large. It was a bit too big for two of us and our two dogs (Algonquin 28), however, we wanted the full kitchen and our own space. We all, puppies included, loved looking over the frozen lake. The dog park / run was a nice bonus!
This is being rather picky...there were only single and double beds in the rooms, a double is a bit snug for hubby and I. And, the wood they provided was very fresh and hard to burn. We just ended up buying our own.

Short drive to Huntsville if you need anything. Good size jacuzzi tub. Firewood is provided although damp so we couldn't enjoy the fireplace as much. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, and mugs provided. No cutlery and plates.
Needs a remodel but I suppose that's why it was on special. Also off season. Burn marks, stains, and dust/dirt. Room pictures made each area larger than what they were. No cutlery and dishes. They tell you in the confirmation but paper plates are better than nothing.
