Very clean and nice location by the mountains.
For breakfast, we waited 25-30mins for our omelets. It definitely wasn't worth the wait. Embassy normally has the best omelets.

Location was good
We were told a month prior to our visit that renovations would be completed before we were to arrive. This was not the case and it affected the quality of the breakfast experience. The daily reception was pathetic and the WiFi in the room was not particularly strong. Overall, not worth the money paid for our two night stay.

The breakfast arrangements were haphazard. Coffee on one side, tea on another. Water for tea was mildly warm and not Hot Water. Earlier we used to have eggs to order at an Embassy Suites but here it was very restricted. Breakfast menu was also sized down.
Happy Hour used to be unlimited earlier. Here it was restricted to 2 drinks. Also, the snacks were very limited and hardly appetizing. The food quality needs looking into.

Breakfast was very nice and the room itself - just like the times I've stayed there before - was incredibly clean. This building has one of the best housekeeping teams I've ever seen in any country.
Weeks before we arrived I had requested a nice view for our bday trip but once we checked in we we were looking out onto huge bins of garbage. The patio was right above piles of trash everywhere insight. We were so disappointed that we won't be staying at this hotel any longer, as much as we had liked it in the past. We suspect it's because we had booked by a 3rd party.

The hotel was under construction and should not have been open. Our room was full of paint on the floor as well as smelled of epoxy. I had to write a plug-in just to stay in the room. The toilet seat had chips in it and the bathtub hurt your feet with the new slip guard they added. The breakfast was very small. They were overdone eggs, overdone, sausage, and nothing appealing. They afternoon cocktail hour was limited with just bags of chips. The bartender could only make a few drinks for the money. It was a total rip off. I never received any communication from the hotel staff after my visit. I was told all rooms were the same and all have the same smells so I did not move rooms. I have stayed five times prior and it was a lovely hotel. This time it was horrible. We won’t be going back.
The hotel should not have been open during construction. The hallways were dangerous, and the dust and dirt made me sick. They breakfast and cocktail hour were a total disappointment.

Breakfast
Hot room, but did cool down . Microwave was dirty.
Loud construction sounds coming from the room right above us for three hours in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. Could not be moved to another room. Front desk said that website should have mentioned that remodeling was in progress. Was not mentioned on Booking.com nor Hilton website. Only one towel at the pool and area very messy. Construction started up again the next morning at 8:15 in the MORNING. Breakfast was good. Tried to get a peaceful morning swim, but there was another area of the motel that was being remodeled. It was visible from the pool and loud. Pool area was still very messy from the night before and one towel. Someone did clean up the area and replenished the towels while we were swimming. Worst stay at my favorite hotel chain and I have stayed at Embassies across the country. We were here a enjoy a nice peaceful stay cation for my wife's birthday but sad to say, this was not to happen.

Excellent customer service and nice kind staff, food and happy hour was amazing, overall view of the place, Amazing, 10 out of 10😆😆😊😊
The water had to shut off from 10am till 4pm, so we couldn't even flush the toilet during that time and when the water came back up, it was cold. Engineered came and fix it, but delayed our schedule to continue our journey by 2 hours, waiting for hot water to come out, other than that, no issues.

Great experience. After a scary weekend for my family I booked a slightly nicer hotel then usual so we could all relax and to start our week fresh. Check in was VERY easy and fast a lot faster than any hotel I had ever been in. They had cooked to serve breakfast options which my kids loved. The room was nice, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The staff was amazing and kind the entire time.
The beds were a tad firm for my preference but the bedding was great. Loves the towels and amenities too.

The breakfast and Mgr hour was fantastic. Great food and the staff kept it all well supplied.
There always seemed to be a struggle to keep clean plates and utensils readily available.
The beds were ok, but not the best.
The staff struggled to keep towels stocked at the pool.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful surroundings.
Bugs in pool. No Newsmax TV station. No body soap or shampoo!

The decor is fairly updated. There was no road noise near my room. Parking was free and close to the room. The AC wasn't too loud.
There was hair on my sheet and in the shower, stains on the sofa, surfaces were not clean. No soap dish in bathroom. Telephones were outdated (handheld, no speaker), no USB charging port. The interior doors were intrusive and blocked getting to and from areas of the room, blocked the closet, banged into furniture. The TV audio was not synced to the video, unwatchable. The bed was sagging and the pillows were flat.

I love the food.

This was a beautiful, totally updated and clean hotel, which came very close to being a resort. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed and balcony. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The hotel itself was gorgeous, in a quiet area, with a relaxing pool. The breakfast was also wonderful with omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and a variety of options. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through Arizona.
The only complaint I'd have is that the blanket for the pull out bed didn't appear to be clean, so I wasn't able to use it.

The bed was good. it was a big room. Free parking
It wasn’t clean! and we were only given a small roll of toilet paper which wasn’t replaced even on asking! had to get toilet roll from elsewhere!!!!! The bathroom wasn’t clean. dirty floor, hair arm round the body wash bottle.

The Breakfast was superb! They chef is on site to make fresh omelettes, pancakes or eggs. The afternoon happy hour is excellent. Lots of food choices, buffet style. Every customer gets 2 free drinks which is a wonderful gesture by Hilton. Walking distance to restaurants.
Our room wasn't too clean and it was dark, old and outdated. The few days we stayed there, no housekeeping cleaned the common hallway and the hallway was very dark too. The cafeteria was too small. For the money we paid, we expected to be much nicer. We stayed in another Embassy Hotel and Suites by Hilton in another city just days before we arrived to this one. The other one had been fully renovated, clean and inviting. We felt this one was not worth of the money.

heated pool, free breakfast and happy hours
Rooms are small for family and blankets are not clean, there were body hairs in the bathroom and no hand soaps. Furniture was old and outdated charger was not working and hot water for the tea was not working properly. the bed and pillows were not comfortable I was not able to refund money and cancel the booking. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel it is not worth the money. Was expensive compare to other places.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Wife’s was just ok.
The rooms are worn as was the furniture. The a/c was loud and didn’t chill the room low enough. Under the back of the toilet you could see salt and lime build up. Facility needs a massive remodel.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Longer restaurant hours.

Location
No concerns

The design and layout of the rooms, the outdoor space, the breakfasts and the location.
The parking spaces are not large enough and it’s expensive to stay there during the holidays.
