Disappointing! NOT worth the price!

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was super nice!

The price! For the amount of money they charge it should be in better condition. Hotel needs updates- should be better maintained. Bedding and carpets are worn out. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ceiling is leaking in a common area of the hotel, ceiling tiles were open with a trash can to catch the water.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was extremely clean and organized. One of the nicest, pleasant and cleanest hotels I have ever been to! The location was perfect.. there are a lot of places and convenience around this location that you can go to.

Our room was on the first floor and that was convenient for us.

Exceptional

Staff was very helpful and kind during our stay. They have a basketball court and basketball at the front desk. we had a lot of fun playing together as a family. Breakfast was great and the facilities were perfect for our needs. I appreciate that there are no “pet friendly” designated rooms and we just pay a fee for bringing our dog.

Pool was closed for maintenance. It was not posted on booking.com but was on their website.

Comfort, amenities, staff, room and cleanliness of the room and hotel.

Front entrance is a cobble stone type walkway. Although it's not a huge deal, and it is esthetically nice, it is not very functional to move a luggage rack over - I had to stop twice in the short twenty foot entrance to pick up a piece of luggage from falling on the ground.

Comfortable room, great location.

I liked that the hotel was so close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. They were able to give us a room next to the pool, which was our request.

The pool closes at 10pm, which was a bummer.
