It’s not in very good shape, and the stairs going up to the second floor were very dreary and not well lit.
Not very much.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room floor looked as if it had never been cleaned, the sink in the room did not drain. The property seems to be used as subsidized housing. When we first arrived the armed security guard was outside with about 6 other guests (?) smoking. He was very polite and opened the door for us, only to be greeted by an unkept looking guest that was behind the front desk looking for shampoo- the front desk was strewn with pizza box and in a state of disarray. There was another guest waiting at the front desk and she was smoking marijuana .The clerk arrived and she was very polite and got us checked in. The beds appeared clean, but with the state of the floors, sink, and general overall impression of the property we did not stay the night.

The motel had very rough characters everywhere from the beginning (not judging but looked like a lot of drug users and prostitutes). Fresh blood on pavement outside office, dogs everywhere in the motel, therefore it reeked of urine. As you walk to your room the urine gets worse. Then to top it off we got to the room and baby roaches were scrambling all around the room. I kinda knew something was off tho, there was a police officer doing serious rounds from we arrived around 9pm and by the time I finally found a replacement at 12 midnight (no vacancy was anywhere in the area), he was still there, so that totally stood out. It felt very UNSAFE AT THE MOTEL.
Mostly, that It felt very UNSAFE AT THE MOTEL.

Hallways smelled, stairwell smelled like urine, the staff had no control over anything. There were prostitutes in and out, parties and people screaming like crazy in the hallways. Room was filthy as well.

Location
No room key! We had to have the security guard ( yes, they have a security guard) take us up to our room, passing obviously intoxicated people in the hallway. We never slept. As a woman, sleeping in a room that we can’t open but the management can, made me feel very unsafe. The noise from the parties on the floor kept us up. Tv didn’t work at all. Constant flickering light in the bathroom gave us instant headache. I would have left but it was prepaid and middle of the night. Pool was out of order and green, punch holes in doors and glass. Carpet was stained, floors dusty. Can’t believe booking.com sells this kind of customer service.

Nothing much.
The place is a bit ghetto. People all over the place, in their cars, hanging out outside, in the hallways. The hallways were full of gargage, stained floors, towels, peoples' refuse outside the door. It seems people are living there, and don't care much for the place. I don't blame the staff much in this case, as I believe the guests are who make this place "ghetto". Emty vending machines and free coffee empty in the morning. The room itself was overly basic. The bathroom door did not close properly lending itself to no privacy. The sink was about to fall off the wall.

bathroom floors were dirt, no frills. Don’t forget your hygiene products such as shampoo, soap, etc… they offer it in the vending machine.

Restaurant next door was great. Pillow was comfortable
No shampoo, conditioner, lotion or blowdryer. No restaurant or food options (only coffee in the a.m. and it was undrinkable). Hallways were dirty. Pool had a lot of leaves in the bottom and was located right by the highway so it was loud. Noisy at night. The area was not the safest

Right by the airport. Clean room. Nice staff.
We only stayed overnight, so I can’t comment on much. It does, however, always make me sigh when I pay the same amount for a Motel 6 as I purge night before for a Holiday Inn. It used to be you put up with a little less quality and amenities because you’d pay like 40 or 50 bucks a night. Now there’s no big savings.
