The property/room/experience was not worth $250/night. It is a very basic motel room and the property felt very run down. There was nothing exceptional - bare bones. The rate that would have matched would be closer to $125. The best part of the experience was the friendliness of Jason on the telephone. He came across as very genuine.
4.5
A very quiet and comfortable place to stay the night
3.5
Great room size, clean and welcoming. The kitchenette was very workable with appropriate kitchen ware. The entrace was cozy and allowed for a private area. The parking was easy, right in the front of the unit. Clean towels are other necessities were always available at the laundry room.
The motel was recently purchased by a new owner, it's understandable that the place was in need of some loving. The toilet had some difficulties flushing, the BBQ needed the grill to be replaced and the front door a little adjustment. One mattress was better than the other, too soft.

Ideally located to travel to Cavendish, Brackley Beach or Charlottetown. Cottages were a little dated but with the ownership he is making strides to improve on this.

Staff was friendly, and it's in great location with all amenities. Definitely will revisit.

Our stay included the night when Hurricane Fiona hit P.E.I., so this review is maybe not comparable, but is my concern to point out how caring the host and her family were in those days. They helped with everything they could. Thank you once again for everything.

TV could be better set up. I did inform the owners before I left.

Room and bed were good.
No AC but staff offered lighter bed blanket and fan. Original bedding very dated.

We had a great stay., The place was very clean, Good location to move around by car. I felt we were able to go to the different areas easily. And the host was very nice.
Unfortunately we had a very hot night, maybe its an unusual night, i don't really know, it was our first time in PEI

The beds were comfortable that’s pretty much it
Was told when booked it was a cabin with cooking facility’s. once getting there we were given a room in the main building with 2 other living quarters in the building. All we had was a small fridge and a microwave and a barbecue outside with no cooking utensils. Asked the office for some and did not receive what asked for

the inside of room
pillows and duvet could be better
2.5
When booking it didn't state that it was an rv until payment was processed the rv did not accommodate two tall children which as specified 3 adults. The rv was full of mosquitos, internet was week, dvds provided were outdated and scratched. The wood fire a firepit which could have made up for our disappointed t was wet and not burn, also the barbecue was in serious need of replacement.
