Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on site has really good food and the waitress was cheerful. The front desk person was very nice and friendly.
Bit of a problem with the door not staying closed. It needs to be firmly closed.

Good sized room with a good view of the scenery. This location is probably the best option to stop at if you are driving north or south from this point because you won't really see a town to stay in for 20-30 mins north or south of this town
The restaurant only had pasta as a vegetarian friendly option.

The room and location was very good but you had to use restaurant for everything and I would have preferred to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The meal in the restaurant was not good I accept that may have been what I chose but it was in adequate

The hotel inform that there were no electricity and toursitic paths closed. So the reservation was suppressed.

The area was amazing. The staff were great. Rooms were clean
The beds were brutally uncomfortable and my back is wrecked because it. Breakfast was expensive and the home fries were overcooked and barely edible

Outlets low in quality and quantity.

Basic motel with beautiful view of the mountains.
Room was a little dated.
Waited long for service in the restaurant, I ordered lobster roll, but it was a very small portion for the price.

Location
No microwave, no fridge, no coffee maker. You'll get starved or YOU HAVE TO ORDER AT THE RESTAURANT. Smart business strategy. The room NEEDS major upgrading, musty smell. Chairs are sagging. Molds on bathroom curtains. The carpet is filthy. We could've cancelled our reservation, and go to Cheticamp but it was too late. Not coming back.

Quiet,clean and comfortable.
No fridge in the rooms but no big deal really.

The room was clean. Check in was pretty quick. All was great.
The internet was almost dead. I couldn't even load a page. There has to be a better connection especially after a long trip.
Also no fridge or mini bar in the room to keep some stuff cold overnight.

Staff wasn’t very friendly at the restaurant or reception. when we had our supper, they never checked on us too see how we were liking our food. Or never filled up our drinks. We had to ask for our bill from the other waitress, because ours didn’t come back to us at all after giving us our food. And very expensive for the amount of food.
There wasn’t any body wash, just shampoo and conditioner.
Also would have been great to have a mini fridge in there to

Location/ right on the Cabot Trail. The check-in and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms are in need of some renovations (peeling wallpaper).

It was in a great place to stop overnight on the trail. Staff was awesome, all very friendly. Restaurant on site which was very convenient
There was nothing I didn't like, room was a little dated, but very clean. Just as a personal preference the bed was quite soft, softer than I like, buy again that is a personal preference

The location is spectacular, and the place was very clean
The bed sagged to the middle and when the folks next door took a shower and bath I had to get up and make sure the water in our tub wasn't running. You know that sound of someone's body squishing against the tub? We heard it all.

No breakfast but quiet, had no ability to use cell phone so a land line would of been nice
