Kitchen facilities a little disappointing, but everything else was good.
More space in kitchen area.

The pool and hot tub and AC and big breakfast were great as was the view from the room.
The thermostat is bright at night and there are no chairs or stools to sit on the balcony.

park place lodge has really amazing rooms, very comfy and home like, we ordered dinner from the attached pub which was delicious. facilities were pretty nice, very clean looking and super convenient being directly outside our room. there’s a cute little park across the street and location is OK. most staff were super helpful and friendly. overall a very homey stay
some staff were a little bit rude and location is not the best.

Great beds and shower. Loved the lot tub.
Enjoyed the range of items in the breakfast buffet but the cooked items weren't very hot.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Big selection available
Pool area can be noisy at times
10pm closing was enforced though

it was very clean, warm and welcoming
parking lot hasn’t been cleared of ice or snow build up. I find that ridiculous as it hasn’t snowed in a spell. in warmer times they should clear off buildup

Nice big room with small counter area to make sandwiches etc. was very handy. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and prepared a small lunch to eat on the mountain. When we got finished snowmobiling for the day we enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and then were able to eat at some of the restaurant's nearby all within walking distance.
I found the bathroom floor to be quite cool. I noticed there was a small baseboard heater in there but couldn't figure out where to adjust the temperature. I also didn't ask for assistance either.

Good location and comfortable rooms. The room had a nice balcony even tho the weather didn’t cooperate to you use it, and I definitely appreciate the blackout blinds for the morning.

The room smelled fresh, and the bed was very comfortable

Hotel had nice location, check in took a long time as there was only one staff at 1600 check in, with 5 people waiting. Finally got checked in went to our room and someone was already there.
Other than that, rooms were nice, hotel was in good location, breakfast is only a buffet, which was ok if you got there early. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Buffet, slow check in, small balcony

The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having the microwave and fridge. Nice toiletries provided and the towels were fluffy. The hot breakfast was just fine, better than many other hotel "serve yourself breakfasts".
I didn't get to use it but the pool looked really nice and it is a decent size.
I was surprised at the cost for one night, even though I know everything is more expensive this year.

The stay was great, we know they are doing the best they can given the Covid/staffing situation. Breakfast was very good, appreciate the effort to keep the pool/hot tub open. Keep up the good work!
