Expensive place with no perks except good location across from the airport

There is no free breakfast. We went to Tim Hortons

Parking was 10$ a nite. Traffic sounds could be heard in the nite.

Not good - bedroom too noisy

Location was good, room decor was nice

The noise in the bedroom from the air handling was awful, over 50 decibels all night. Contacted the hotel and they couldnt do anything, We couldnt sleep, terrible night.

Great location and decent price per value, the facility has potential but front desk needs training!

The room was spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water did no go down. The front desk personel wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. I booked a „breakfast included” rate but I got a voucher showing „$16.30 per person”. When asked why is that and that I supposed to have the breakfast included in my rate, I was told „yes it is included”. So I thought it was all good. Next day morning when I went down to the restaurant I was told that only the $16 can be used towards my meal. So I went back to the front desk and asked again. They referred me to the supervisor. The supervisor then told me that this is the way it is. The „breakfast included” rate de facto is the $16 per person allowance. Which seems to be misleading and simply not fair. And yes, this time I booked the room through the third party (booking.com) but I was told that it would be exactly the same if I booked it directly…. Also, the breakfast wasn’t good at all - I got my eggs the opposite way to how I ordered them and my child’s pancakes were half raw!!! The waitress made all the notes and was very nice and was trying to make it right as it wasn’t her fault!

A great place to stay for early departures and mostly (see above) relaxing arrivals.

Breakfast was very good! The hotel staff was very helpful! In response to our request, a young man from Maintenance came up to help us move our many suitcases out to our car in the morning. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and gave us excellent service!

The restaurant at dinner was very noisy. There were lots of people, but some separation barriers or sound baffling to provide a quieter section would help to improve things for those of us who were looking for a quieter meal and didn't want to be at a loud party. (The bar was even noisier.)

Great option for a stay over at airport. Rooms great & good value. Staff professional and helpful.

Excellent staff and check in process. They were very accommodating with early and late check outs. Food and drinks were fine at on site restaurant.

Aircon a bit loud but that’s those types of systems.

Good place for a brief stay between flights. Comfortable beds

Didn’t try their breakfast. Liked the close proximity to the airport. Beds and pillows were comfortable ..close to a grocery store and liquor store. A few other places to eat nearby. The room was overlooking the parking lot, so we could see our car, but could also see the hills in the background, which was pretty

Room is pretty basic. The amenities are lacking. Two pouches of coffee, two styrofoam cups (one leaked) one plastic cup in the bathroom and nothing else. The pump soap and shampoo in the bathtub have a masculine perfume smell. No pen and paper. Carpeted room. Don’t try the blackberry margarita downstairs. All salt!

I always stay here when I am flying

Convenience security and the only downside is the construction at the airport makes it a long walk to get the bus, but it’s beyond the hotel’s control, in the winter you will definitely need a coat. And the room amenities are excellent

Hotel was very comfortable. Great Restaurant. Good assortment of pillow sizes on the bed. Hard to find low depth pillows for back sleepers in many hotels. Great bed.

They added a 3+ adult fee of $30 that I had to ask them to remove. We were 2 adults and 2 kids which is what we stated on booking.com. It felt like hotel was trying to squeeze more money out of us. They should have to tell people before they charge to someone’s card.

Staff in every dept including the restaurant at hotel very accommodating and helpful.

The long walk from the airport to shuttle pick up. Caused by airport construction but I am 81 years old and found it difficult.

Overall, a pleasant 2 weeks stay, but for a few shortcomings in housekeeping and menu options.

Food was good, but hardly any options for vegetarians. Located very close to the airport. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. What we best liked was the 24x7 free shuttle service to and from the airport and to the UBC campus, UBC campus being the starting point for most buses going downtown and to other prime locations like Walmart etc. The shuttle drivers were mostly very helpful with tips on how to commute around.

Housekeeping services provided were not up to the mark, the staff though were friendly. Clearing of bins, making the bed and changing towels were done on alternate days, however, vacuuming and cleaning the room was scheduled for every 8th day, despite lot of dust in the room. When we expressed our dissatisfaction about this though, they offered to clean the room immediately. But this definitely is not something which should be done on request. Also, lack of too many options for vegetarians in the restaurant was inconvenient as we had to eat out or order online from other places.

It was not the best timing due to wildfires but we had a memorable stay in Kelowna.

Location was perfect for a restful night. It was quiet in the vicinity and a good place for a morning walk. Easy access too to coffee shops and other stores.

There was no exhaust in their washroom and the coffee maker was just not ready to be used.

Would like my $400 back!!!

Location as it was close to work. Lots of places to eat near by. Comfortable bed.

Pool was small and water slide was not operational. I have a little person who was looking forward to it. The TV didn’t work or phone nor were we given the wifi password or had help with the hot tub that kept going off all night. Loud and no sound proofing. Rude managing staff at the front desk. Very high cost for subpar stay that should have been 100$.
