I was on the 6th floor and it was very. Quiet. The morning coffee was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and smelled good.
The fact that I had to pay for parking, $10 a day. I didn't know that. I guess because it's next door to the convention center and rodeo hall

Breakfast was nice, probably the best part of the stay.
Having to pay for parking is a big failure for Hampton. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn no matter where it is because of that. That is a very cheap low blow. I have never heard of any hotel or motel do that, so when I was checking out your hotel online I never thought to even look for that. Also, when the toilets flush, they can just about wake the dead. That is very annoying. The beds were a little too hard to suit me.

I did not eat breakfast. The location was excellent. Everything around the Hamptons was close as could be. Excellent customer service with a friendly smile made you feel like you was at their own place
The only thing I didn’t like about the Hampton in my suite was the bed. It was a little too firm, other than that everything else was excellent excellent

The stay was good, and when you walked in, it smelled great
Checking took a little time and I was given the wrong room.

How clean and nice it was. We really loved how great it smelled in there. The scent was so fresh!!
That we had to pay extra for parking!! It wasn't expensive but parking should come with the hotel. Having to find parking due to an event next door was a little frustrating!

$10 for parking was not disclosed. There was something going on at the convention center next door so when we left and came back there was no room to park

Location. Next door to Rodeo.
The elevator was slow and hot.

I love this hotel and the clerks are so nice and helpful.
It was really nice and clean and the hotel room was really nice clean and comfortable.

The gentleman at check in was very nice. Overall, the hotel is very clean and I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or its staff. The breakfast is your usual "breakfast included" items, which is what I expected.
The bed was AWFUL. Are the mattresses made of wood? Worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. I was quite shocked by that! Also having to pay $10 plus tax to park for one night is a little annoying. A hotel guest shouldn't have to pay for parking. Room next door to us was quite loud around 11pm, but what can you do? You're in a hotel.

Music was played into the night and kept me up.the music was being played at the convention center.
Shouldn’t have to pay for parking.that’s just wrong.hotel is not in a downtown area.no reason to pay for parking.

Clean, easy in easy out
A huge parking lot and all they were concerned with is making sure you paid for parking

Did not have a new/fresh roll of toilet paper, it was almst empty and house leeping didn't judy replace it with a fresh roll. After covid i would think that would be manatory.

I had to pay even though we were hit with a tornado

Mason at the front desk is amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Always had a great attitude. He’s the best

Positioned on the Correct Side of Dallas for our Travel route to Houston. But the neighborhoods aroun it- sketchy. Next time, I would look for something else due to neighbors
Im poretty certain the front desk rep, gave me a cold as he was apparently sick at work, sniffing and had a 1" snot rocket hanging from his Right Nostril when handling our keys

Th beds are awesome and good breakfast, price was a little steep.
The gentleman at the front desk could have been more friendly.

Cleanliness and staff
My remote control was broken and only had one for tvs. But that is a miniscule thing

I only liked the location because it was close to our business meeting.
This is not a 3-star hotel. It is old, and all the furniture in the room needs to be updated. The price was $149 a night, and at that rate, I stayed in nicer hotels. The young man at the front counter had terrible customer service. He charged us $197
without explaining it was including a deposit. He sent us off to our room on the second floor. He never explained to us that we were on the second floor. We got in the elevator and realized there wasn't a second floor, only 1st and 3rd floors. Apparently, we weren't the only ones confused. The rooms smelled bad. Overall, it's the worst Hampton we have stayed at.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.
They charged for the parking lot.
