Very close to river.
Noise on Bay Street, hotel lobby and elevators looked shabby- in need of paint and polish. We also did not like the cost of overnight parking

Location
Staff honestly was not very friendly on multiple occasions, none of the outlets in the room worked except for one. It was highly annoying considering it costs so much. Older property which should’ve been in better condition or updated.

4.0
Good location to everything. Full slate of cable tv. Most places now only offer local channels, I appreciated the verity. The cookies were good.
The pool was chilly and was also closed one day. Valet parking was too expensive.
4.5
Convenient location and a bit away from the really noisy traffic. Friendly staff.
Uncomfortable pillows.
2.0
Close to downtown Savannah. Nice buffet breakfast. Nice employees.
Slow drain in tub and sink. Loud antiquated air conditioning system. TV takes several minutes to show a picture when channel is changed. Pillows smelled really bad. Rooms need to be renovated. Pictures were not consistent with the hotel.
4.5
Location. It feels safe and walking from most spots
Nothing in particular. Would be nice if they also serve cookies with the coffee in the lobby :-)
4.5
Modern hotel with quality common areas, perfect cleanliness, good room size
The hotel is located at a busy intersection and the glazing of the windows is only simple, as is customary in the US, so all night is disturbed by loud traffic noise. In Europe, such a hotel would not be allowed to operate at all, in the US it is a normal standard, like most of a much lower standard than in the EU, but that's the way it is.
4.5
Great location.
$45 per night for parking is too expensive & then they expect a tip on top of that. Way too much money for parking, after spending $300 per night for the room. Should have been included or no more than $20

Who was very good quality with a huge variety of things offered
Had to change rooms after the first night because they gave us the wrong one that was offered when we purchased it.

Location close to everything.
Very loud traffic noise all day and night. I was in a room a street side, floor 2 and very hard to get rest because of the loud traffic.
4.0
The property is in town and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Parking was valet only

The receptionist was too bad. I will never stay in this hotel anymore.
3.0
The property was in a great central location, very close to many local eateries, we also enjoyed being close to river street.
We did not like the that that we could hear everything on the street. The loud music from cars passing, ships coming in, people being rowdy on the streets at night. We also did not like now pets were showing not allowed on booking but so many people and their pets with them.
4.5
Service and staff were professional and the facility clean.
Parking too expensive.

Close to the city market
The bar area open late ..no one cleaned our room

Breakfast was great. Staff in the dining area and housekeeping was pleasant and helpful.. front desk staff after initial checkin was great.
Upon initial checkin the front desk staff didn't share information about how breakfast worked, what time it started or ended. Didn't explain the price for valet or offer the cookies until someone else mentioned it.
You could tell the building and rooms need a paint job, but was clean
4.0
The hotel is nice and it was where the rest of my group was staying. Staff was nice and friendly.
-$45 per day valet parking being the only option, that may be normal for that area but it’s kinda ridiculous
-Breakfast buffet was not worth the price
-Pool and hot tub were so so

I love my dogs, but I would not bring them to a hotel. If I had seen it was a pet friendly hotel I would not have booked. Dogs everywhere. Place smelled like animals. I personally don't like eating or sleeping with pets.
4.0
The beds are very comfortable.
The location is close to everything.
Parking cost of $45 is ridiculous.
Noise from the street can keep you awake.

It was close to the Riverwalk
Asked for a room with two queen size beds it was a room with two full-size beds there were three of us in the room they gave me two breakfast vouchers which I asked for the third one and they told me I had to pay $17.99 for a third voucher when I had three people staying in the room the front desk person who checked us in was fabulous that woman at the front desk in the morning and the woman at the buffet breakfast in the morning were rude and snotty and then when we go to park $45 for parking and was told that once we parked we could not take our vehicle out. parking is outrageous would not recommend this place

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
There was confusion over my luggage and over a second reservation. Both were cleared up by staff.

I warned the staff in advance that there would be 4 people. there were only 3 sets of towels. very dirty bed linen. it looks like it hasn't been changed at all. someone else's hair was everywhere! very dusty in the room. dirty floor, stains on the carpet! dirty doors, walls, everything is very dirty.
