Helpful staff
Good breakfast
Large room
View was a rooftop
Was on the pricey side for what the room was

Breakfast was good, room was good, we didn't use the pool. My parents loved the bed and pillows, and we had a great time. My dog was comfortable and happy, we even had a dinner night at the dinner room.
No complaints.

The facilities were great.
Wish there was at least one restaurant. There weren’t dental kits available.
4.3
Very nice outside, with the greenery. Very nice smoking section.
4.3
Friendly staff, clean facilities, great pool and water slide.
Breakfast could be better…
4.3
Nothing staff was rude
The staff and management are completely rude. And the worst customer service.
4.3
The pool and slide were your best attraction. The kids loved it and we spent a lot of time there. The only thing as the smell of the chlorine - I had to I
Open the outside door to let the air in and I think a telephone is needed to ring for help of you are alone in there. Otherwise everything else was great. Red a movie channel in the room but it was of good size and comfortable. Breakfast included was a bonus for us
There wasn’t anything but the chlorine smell, at the pool.
4.3
It was very clean and staff were wonderful. Those are my two most important criteria.
The abundant morning breakfast was a necessity due to no restaurant.
We couldn't walk anywhere. There were no sidewalks or walking trails. We walked on the side of a very busy road just to see. The walk "around the parking lot" was lovely but not enough.
Also. I finally figured out that the "tremors" I felt at night were from the freight train nearby.
It was a little too pricey due to location.
Ubers were inexpensive and quick, but we should have rented a car. (We weren't located with the rest of our group due to lack of rooms where they were staying so we were picked up most days.)

The staff was friendly and the beds, sheets and pillows were all comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the room was spacious.
First, If you have dogs this is not a great place given you have to walk a ways to find a patch of grass. Plus … they charge you $50 for your pet and that comes with nothing - no bed, dish, treat. It’s double what we paid in Victoria.
Second, the room was pricey ($557) for a room with two beds and mediocre breakfast in the middle of no where. I am enclosing some pictures of our room view.
Third, the breakfast was good with lots of selection but the hard boiled eggs tasted as though they were several days old. So we opted out after the one bite.
Fourth, the hair dryer was so weak that I could not dry my hair. As it was it took me 10 minutes to partially dry it before I gave up entirely (and I don’t have thick hair).
Lastly, it’s in the middle of no where so if you have thoughts that you can walk to a restaurant or something for dinner, this is not the place for you.

Nice new facility with convenient location right off the highway.

Awesome smoking section

Pool - would be great if there were cubicles provided for personal items and footwear

Breakfast was great and have decent spread. A friendly and smiley staff was there to check on guests and food. The waffles was a great hit with our family. Clean area too.
4.3
Check in was fast & friendly
Bed was so uncomfortable. It was miserable sleep with people being loud in hallway. You would think for the amount of money you are spending the beds would have been better
4.3
Staff were very helpful during stay when we were leaving during snowstorm. Helped check roads and cleared snow from around our car. Pool and breakfast are always a hit with the kids.
location is a bit odd but works for visiting family out in Chilliwack,

hot tub was hot and jets worked. room was spacious and clean
someone set the alarm clock and we were woken up at 6am front desk didn’t even apologize and didn’t seem to care. shower had some wear and tear and the repair work could have been better. our room was either hot or cool we couldn’t seem to regulate it so it was comfortable all night
4.3
Very helpful front desk, cleaning, and breakfast staff.
Everything is a close drive from the hotel.
The room was quiet and comfortable, with a decent tv.
Nice pool area and good workout area.
The pillows were small, however we did get a couple more and then we were fine.
The power went out for about 10 hours, but only in our part of town.
I walked/skateboarded to town a couple of times, however the distance and routes were not so pleasant.

Staff are amazing, very helpful.
Wifi connection was poor. Once signed on it would drop when I moved my phone. Constantly having to reconnect.

The hotel was in a wierd place. It was very nice. The only downside was that a big storm blew up. The power was out about 12 hrs. No hot water for a shower. Nothing can be done about the weather. Overall, was a good place.
4.3
Nice pool and gym. Room was nice and the work desk was very useful.
I booked a King Size bed, which was confirmed, but when I arrived they only had a queen size room which I did not want. To add insult to injury, the front desk clerk bragged that I could have this inferior room for the same price as the room I wanted. Big deal!! I should have been offered a discount and an apology. I won’t be staying there again.

clean, spacious rooms… great staff…. amazing breakfast
shower could be better
water bottles should be provided in rooms
4.3

This was a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, good location, very good complimentary breakfast and a fun pool with water slide. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The Breakfast room staff kept everything clean and well stocked.
There were two families wearing red wrist bands at the pool which I assume meant they weren't staying at the hotel but paid to come to the pool. The parents were there but ambivalent about the behavior of their 4 boys who were out of control on the water slide. They went down in groups, blocked the slide waiting for the next person to come down, and then went down right after anyone else just went down. This resulted in one of the boys plowing into a girl who got a bloody nose from the impact. One of the boys also climbed up on the outside of the slide tube and standing about 12 feet high on top of it and over the concrete, took a big leap and jumped into the pool. Fortunately he did not slip as that could have been tragic. Many kids were afraid to get in the slide knowing that these boys could still be inside or jump in right after them. The two families left after the girl got the bloody nose but the damage was done. Soon a staff member came and said we had to get out of the pool because of the blood and this was a great disappointment for my girls who finally could enjoy the slide. We waited about 30 minutes for the pool to get treated but no one ever returned to do so, so we just had to leave. It was an example of how lack of good supervision by parents resulted in harm to others.
