An affordable gem in San Francisco

The room was spacious, nicely renovated & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really liked the excellent lighting in the room and plenty of power points. On-site parking was a bonus as was the coffee, juice & pastry available in reception to start the day. The lovely lady in reception was so helpful & friendly, providing us with excellent advice. Location was handy for eateries, bars & access to attractions on foot or by bus. Really recommend it.

A little noisy from passers by, especially on Friday night, but not unexpected.

Hotel doesn’t provide luggage storage, which is very inconvenient.

Only thing I like was the location of the hotel.

Keep it in mind that this hotel doesn’t store your luggage, whatever before checking in or after checking out, which is very inconvenient for the customers, I didn’t know it until I reached the hotel. I recommend other hotels.

Für 2-3 Übernachtungen, um San Francisco zu erkunden sehr gut gelegen und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ruhige Gegend, kostenloses parken direkt vor der Unterkunft möglich, wenn ein Parkplatz frei ist, sonst gibt es Möglichkeiten an der Straße.

I would gladly stay here again

great location, value for money, good size room (we had enough room for 2 bicycles), fridge and microwave

parking wasn't that easy for a larger vehicle, but it is what it is.

Ich würde für den Preis aufjedenfall wieder kommen :-)

Die Lage ist klasse - mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. zum Pier 39 & zu Fuß ca. 45 min. Es gibt jeden Morgen von 8-10 Kaffee, Saft & ein kleines Gebäck in Lobby. Parkplätze sind KOSTENLOS- es gibt einige davon, daher sind genug für alle da, denke ich. Das Zimmer wurde jedentag gereinigt (Mülleimer geleert, Bett gemacht, frische Handtücher) Tolle Regendusche. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, eine eigene kleine Kaffeemaschine & einen Kühlschrank.

Es gibt keinen Raum um das Gepäck unterzubringen, wenn man eher ankommt, aber noch nicht einchecken kann. DAS GEPÄCK AUFKEINENFALL IM AUTO LASSEN - IN DER GEGEND WERDEN REGELMÄßIG DINGE AUS DEM AUTO GEKLAUT! Es gibt keine frei zugänglichen Toiletten, nur die in den Zimmern. WLAN war auch immer mal wieder nicht verfügbar, bzw sehr schlecht. Ein paar Häuser weiter ist die Feuerwehr, da kann es schonmal ziemlich Laut werden. Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem.

Pleasant stay, great value for money

Clean, spacious room, well, modern-equipped. Very nice bathroom - walk-in shower instead of medieval bath with a curtain. Safe neighborhood - we safely walked around at 9-10 p.m., not as many homeless people around as in the city center. Very helpful staff - we had a problem with a rented car and the host lady allowed us to use the phone to deal with it. She also gave us safety and sightseeing tips.

Limited parking space. The hairdryer was broken, but this just sometimes happens.

Bonne adresse proche du Golden gate

Très bon emplacement, proche des bus et à 45 minutes à pied du Golden gate, dans un quartier safe avec restos et supermarché proche. Chambre propre, et petit déjeuner à la réception le matin.

I would not stay here again.

Clean.

We arrived Friday afternoon. We were placed on first level. All rooms were to the outside. The noise was atrocious & we did not feel safe. We checked out early to switch hotels. Disappointed.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip in SF

Sehr nette Gegend mit einigen Restaurants und sonstigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nahezu allen Highlights in SF

Man hört jedes Gespräch aus dem Nachbarzimmer und wenn die Gäste über einem durch ihr Zimmer gehen. Das kann einem selbst wenn man Ohrenstöpsel hat die Nacht versauen. Hatten einen Gast neben uns der bis 3 Uhr nachts durchgehend mit seiner Partnerin geredet hat..

Buen lugar para viistar SF aunque la habitación tenga todo es muy pequeña para 4

la ubicacion es excelente para moverte por san francisco. En una zona que yo encontré muy segura incluso por la noche cunado llegamos. La amabilidad del dueño es extraordinaria. Está en la Marina, en la otra punta de las casas de Padres forzosos (pink laidies)

la habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas, pero supongo que es el precio que has de pagar por alojarte en san francisco.

Overall it is an adequate place to stay if you don’t have high expectations.

Friendly staff, you can park your car, Wi-Fi works well. It is close to some popular places, you can easily walk or use bus.

There were small flies in the room.

Pleasant staff, room was fine, location was perfect for us.

Location, we had to get up at 4am to go watch our son run the SF marathon, it was so easy to walk down to the Presidio! Staff was very nice.

Parking was not guaranteed, one night we had to park on the street which, in San Francisco, is always a challenge. Shower didn't have a shelf for soap or shampoo. I've never seen a shower without a place to put your soap! The power outlet next to the bed required the light to be on to work which made it impossible to charge phone overnight.

Very noisy street, even with all windows and blinds shut. No possibility of leaving the luggage before check-in nor after check-out: really inconvenient. Rooms not very clean. Bathroom door would not shut.

Lovely motel in San Fransisco. Would stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to Marina District and Lombard St, Fisherman’s wharf. Parking was included.

bad staff !!! unprofessional

the location was good , close to downtown

staff !! the lady at the reception , she was not friendly, my husband wanted to check in... the reservation was in my name. we have the same last name, cause we are FAMILY !!!! I was in the car breastfeeding our baby, she yelled at him that she just wants me to check in and not him etc. terrible!!! WTF ? We have not experienced. We have been around the world a lot. We will not forget this stay , totally unprofessional, she shoud better be trained how to deal with guests in the hotel business.
