Not the best Hilton, IMHO

The location and on-site restaurants were fantastic.

The hotel and accommodations did not match the listing/booking. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. I did not get the pullout in my room. The hallways smelled strongly of dog urine. The carpet in our room was wet where the door to the balcony leaks, and judging from the rust stains on the carpet from the furniture, it seems to have been leaking a long time. Wifi was not included. It was extra. Breakfast was not included. It was extra. There is no hot tub on site. None of these were deal-breaker for us, since we were there due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. However, if this had been a vacation, I'd have been extremely disappointed.

We had a great time and would happy to stay again!

Marvel at the front desk was amazing! Her personality just shined every time we saw her. We decided to stay another day and without hesitation Marvel went to work and was able to get us a room similar to what we had. Your bartenders in the late afternoon were fantastic and so much fun!!! The pear martini is so good and always consistent!

I would say general cosmetics of the rooms. They were clean, however there was some wall paper rips in certain places along with lumps of plaster on some walls (bathroom).

Worst of any Hilton I ever stayed at and usually always to stay at Hilton's

The food even at the swimming pool was excellent

The rooms and the hotel was absolutely the filthiest disgusting dirty unimaginable things that I've ever seen in any Hilton. The picture of the lamp is all rust that you see in Orange on every lamp. Bust It Up Outlets. Carpeting on every single floor of the hotel was wrinkled up so bad you could trip over it anywhere. The room stunk like awful body odor. The bathroom toilet didn't have caulk around it and I thought that was all it was. Then my husband which is a plumber heard it gurgling and bubbling every time somebody would flush a toilet. He told me that was sewer gases coming in and we are getting out of this room right away. The toilet wasn't even secure to the floor. There's not enough time for telling all the things that were so bad. Even after telling the manager after our stay and the other staff explain to him that we were right they saw it their self, he only gave us free parking for our visit. The manager Tim was awful and did nothing. He should have been ashamed of this situation.

Out stay is always wonderful at the Waterstone !! George the bellman is just simply amazing !!

Staying on the inlet watching the boats go by it’s a beautiful spot to relax and have a nice time!

The rooms could use a remodel. The carpet is old the furniture is dated.

The hotel room was fantastic and the views spectacular.

Breakfast was very nice quality just too expensive. Location is OK, just wasn't expecting it to be so close to a fly over dual carriage way. Very noisey indeed. I asked for a quiet room low floor. Got the highest floor overlooking the fly over. And there was building work going on so drills and hammers. Went out to get away from the noise and the flyover.

Staff on reception, miserable greeting, staff member was not in the right role. Never smiled once. Was very uncomfortable. Not a nice start. Some of the bar staff were nice.. Justin was friendly at the bar.. that was about it.

Schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser, aber definitiv zu teuer, denn schon schwer in die Jahre gekommen!

Die Lage inkl. Restaurant am Wasser.

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppich ist pfui. Und das ganze Zimmer ist schief.

Nice view from room, room was comfortable. Nice server, good breakfast food

Dated decor, parking area messy, very, very noisy breakfast with work being done. Poor service at breakfast, not enough staff. Nice server but errors on orders, no check up on coffee etc, with the concrete cutting being done, very bad breakfast experience all around

Disappointed that being so close to the water and the price that it would’ve been cleaner.

The location to the beach was amazing.

It was dirty. Tables/chairs by the pool stayed dirty for hours. Room doors and furniture were dusty.

I liked everything

Hidden fees !! charged me for parking $35/ person even though i self parked and resort fee $37/per person!! Everything was closed at 10pm! Had to go get dinner somewhere else!

the pool was nice but the attendant was unable to provide towels and housekeeping somehow could not get any towels to us

the location was wonderful I think our room was nice but not as depicted in the photos I saw on Booking.com.

the service was less than adequate in housekeeping. and the front desk was not as helpful in honoring the terms of my reservation as I hoped it would be. I feel like I compromised in several areas.

It was clean, and we liked being on the river/intercoastal. The room was comfortable.

We didn’t like that. It was a mini refrigerator, you could hear through the walls so thank goodness I took my little fan for noise. I couldn’t enjoy the pool because they were working construction by the bar and by the pool. Where the hanging chairs are. we were unaware of having to pay to park our vehicle at a hotel that we already paid for. The iron didn’t work , there could’ve been a couple of chairs for us to sit on, because there was only one in the room

Terrible service.

The hotel was recently renovated.

The staff. Condescending when asked to repeat a question I didn’t hear. Not welcoming at all, overall incredibly rude (this includes front desk, restaurant hostess, bartenders and wait staff). It didn’t matter where we were in the hotel, treated like our presence was an inconvenience.

Very good

The location was fine. Being in the shadow of the bridge was a bit odd, but seeing the water was nice. I did not go to the beach but I heard it was walkable.

Parking seemed a bit expensive, given that I've stayed at other comparable resorts in Florida where parking was either gratis or quite inexpensive. Overall the property seemed fine, though not special.

Nice, but not worth the rate.

Nice hotel, the pool and outside bar is nice looking.

They call it a resort and charge a resort fee. I expected there to be more amenities besides the pool and small gym. The food menu is limited and super expensive. $26 for 3 tacos is a joke.

room service was not good, the staff at the front desk was rude, they called me at 11:22 to kick me out of the room. our group has four rooms and we spent hundreds of dollars on property. I would have been out if the room by 11:00 am but the room service was 45 minutes late, there was side order missing, no jelly, no sausage, no salt and pepper.

What a disappointment! I would strongly encourage you to hire professional valet staff. These teenage boys running the valet have no idea what they are doing and are extremely unprofessional. In addition, you need to make sure that your front desk staff have enough help so that when people are trying to check in, they are able to assist everyone. Thirdly, if you’re going to charge people and describe the room as having a water view and a king size bed than make sure the room has a water view and king size bed!!! The furniture in the room is scratched ,damaged and looks like it was picked up from a garage sale, the bed is lumpy and the couch is horrible! Truly not worth one star! Terrible experience!
