Location was perfect. It’s on a quiet side street but super close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. They had the crib already in the room which we appreciated.

Nice location! Great for family, super helpful, and kind staff.
A bit overpriced but worth it

The room was super spacious, comfortable bed, clean. I particularly liked the service in the reception. Ms. Leilany was really kind as we have issues with the wi-fi for 2 days and she was trying to do her best and she was always friendly and helpful.
The hotel was good it has a nice location. However, we have issues with the wi-fi. There was no connection for more than 2 days, which was stressful for us as we urgently need it for the work. Thus, we have to go to the nearby caffe and work from there. This should not supposed to happen.

Hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent. Decent walking distance to Comedy Club or other venues. Hi-end shopping at Melrose and classic LA towards Sunset.
Only thing that would make this hotel better would be a hot tub next to the pool.

Spacious and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and quiet. Rooftop area was a comfortable place to relax with great atmosphere and views.
As we had a kitchen, would have been helpful to just have two sets of plates, bowls and cutlery for snacks.

Location was good right near Melrose Ave, Melrose Place and La Cienega Blvd. Room accommodation was nicely presented and comfortable. Rooftop pool was great with an amazing bar attendant. Happy hour made the overpriced drinks slightly more affordable and there is a guest complimentary drinks hour. Late check-out option, but at a cost.
Small and dated bathrooms. Absolutely no kitchen equipment provided, not even a spoon to stir coffee. We reserved two of the same room-type (premium king suite), but one was much smaller than the other and had no coffee machine despite promising. Room charges were not explained and front of house staff were inconsistent from really lovely and attentive to rude and "couldn't care less". Countless extra charges for average facilities.

The room was nice and large, bed was very comfortable, well located for my trip, pool area was nice though pool itself was cold!

The location is great, you are at the bottom of Melrose, so there are many shopping and dining opportunities. Moreover, roomsize is great for long stays.
There is a bad smell that you will feel from the first moment you enter the hotel. This smell can be felt both in the rooms and in the corridor, and it takes days to get used to it. The reason may be the carpets in the hotel. Also valet parking is really expensive but very safe. Apart from the smell and the valet, it is definitely a very nice hotel

I really liked the decor, vibe and food! It was the perfect place to stay on our business trip. We really can't wait to come back and stay again there soon and soak up that LA sunshine. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and very large as it had a comfortable sitting area with a big TV, a kitchenette, a balcony and bedroom area. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were nice, although it seemed deserted - even though they had free drinks available during happy hour. I also thought the rooftop tennis court was cool. They had a pickleball net and I wish we'd had enough time to play pickleball while we were there. The location was more residential, but there were restaurants, coffee shops (Urth), and retail stores just down the street.
The bathroom was fine although the hotel did not have hot water for the first 24 hours we were there (repairs being done, I think). My freezing cold shower after a long day of travel was not fun!

The amenities and the size of our rooms. It was a very comfortable stay.

loved the size of the suites, walk in closet, kitchen living room... two televisions full bathroom.. balcony
room comes with snacks = WAY OVERPRICED if I had one comment that would be it. don't eat the snacks or drink the drinks in the room! complimentary water bottles. location excellent two steps away from melrose shopping and restaurants, one "new york avenue" away from Santa Monica Blvd, steps away from the Mall etc. Pool area was fantastic, they have a tennis court and you can book a pro if you want. little restaurant was sweet, a tad expensive but so convenient with such great service and a lot of options, perfect for breakfast. free coffee on the go. record player in every room you can grab records from the lobby ... excellent gym up to date equipment and room for a reasonable workout...
really no complaints except for the prices of snacks in the room (20 dollars for a box of mnm's as an example)
also just note if you want your room serviced you need to make that clear they don't automatically service it/ clean it unless you request, which is more common amongst a lot of hotels post covid.

Great location, big rooms with kitchenette, swimming pool and tennis court
Parking was a bit expensive

Room was large and bed was comfortable.
We spent three nights at Le Parc and our room was never cleaned. We asked to have the room cleaned daily at check in and we also reiterated our request in day 2.

Location is great
The only cons was you can hear everything from people talking, walking steps and their door opening and close. However i would love to stay in same hotel again LOVED IT

Hotel is in a great location, suites are large and good for a party of 3 people. Pool deck was lovely. Staff were very helpful.
Room facing street side was quite dark, no natural sunlight.

The location was perfect. I loved that the area is so central but the hotel is on a beautiful and quiet street that felt safe.
Everything at the hotel felt very clean.
Everyone working there was very nice. When we needed anything extra like coffee, it was delivered to our room in couple of minutes. On the first day we asked to change to a street facing room after we had gone in the first room already. This was taken care of without a hassle.
The main con is that it’s a bit too pricey especially when you add the $60 parking per night. But maybe that’s normal for the area.
Just to mention a couple of minor things as constructive feedback:
I thought the shower was a bit odd. The sliding door should open from the other end of where the shower head is. Just a design flaw.
Some things felt old and out of place, for instance a leather tray on the sink area holding hand towels was completely ripped, all over. These little things don’t change the pleasure of staying here. But when you pay $400+ a night you tend to notice them and wonder why?

Spacious comfortable rooms. Great location. Allows pets.

Central location, good for people who love to walk around the West Hollywood area, everything is close, 5 min to melrose, 30 min walk to Beverly hills. Big rooms! it was really comfortable, big bathroom and area for waredrobe, comfortable bed.
Happy Hour with wine from 5 to 6 everyday
There were rooftop constructions, but we had an access to the Chemberlain Hotel with a nice pool area.

The bell hop staff where really helpful and welcoming.
I really feel that the price of the hotel was very inflated for what it was the pool area was very small and underwhelming although the rooms were quite nicely finished the bathrooms are small the "kitchen " was really just for show there was no cutlery or utensils or bowls and plates so it really was not usable at all I booked the room as it had a kitchenette and was not expecting it to be fake. I should have remembered I was in holywood though I suppose.

incredible location, great facilities.
no free breakfast, but that’s fine—there are so many cool cafes nearby.

Overnight parking at $60 for a self park is a bit of a sting

the room was beautiful and had enough space for me to work and stay organized.
The room was so unbelievably loud the entire time I was there. Also, when I arrived, there were some papers left on the dresser and crumpled towel in the bathroom, which made me wonder if the entire room had been cleaned. The bed was freshly made and I didn't have time to move rooms. But that was a flag for me.
