Outdated and dirty smell room and over rated The room was bad. The bathroom was outdated and broken shower door and dirty spots on the wall. The microwave was smelly. They changed the room but not much better, and the fridge was broken and leaking water. The breakfast didn't have as many selections and options like other Holiday inn hotels, the pancake machine was not working properly, one side of the the pancake was raw, i asked one of the employees about it stated it's ok. No small size milk or healthy yogurt for kids. The elevator was old and needs maintenance, the button didn't work properly and was stuck several times.

Amenities in the room, breakfast selection was good even though I did not use it,

Room was not serviced even though I received information that it would be cleaned, and fresh towels provided. Charge for parking is unreasonable for this location.

De nada. Absotely Nothing.

I made the payment in cash at the check-out of my daily rate, on 05/09/2022 and the hotel did not refund me US$ 160.55 of pre-authorization on my debit card. A shame !

for the price it wasn’t worth. A cheap room , terrible smell, no trash o towels service for a holiday inn chain. I have

the room smell. It gets worst day by day. when I opened the room door it was bad but 2 days later it was impossible. I left the window opened and it was that bad. the parking wasn’t free. I was charged $12 per day after my stay. no room service. I had to go to the main lobby to get towels when in need and place the trash out by myself. the day I decided to go to the pool it wasn’t warm as the receptionist said.

Worst place I’ve stayed at by far.

There was a strong odor in that room smelled like urine the shower was not clean. Not sure if it was the linens but they also smelled very bad. I overpaid in my opinion the facilities looked clean but our room was disgusting. Paying over 300 at a low quality hotel and still being charged for parking is absurd

Very good

Andrew saved our stay by transferring us to a king suite when we discovered that the t.v. was malfunctioning in our original accommodation. Awsome save Andrew!

that they accommodated us and let us check in at 3pm so we didn't have to go to our event and check-in later after 1am. we could unpack and change and be at our event on-time at 4pm. the breakfast was good.

I asked for extra pillows and they were not there and we didn't want to disturb housekeeping at 2am when we came back to our room, although when I booked the reservation I was told they would be in the room the bed on the right side was not that comfortable, almost felt like a spring from the base mattress was coming up. While the toilet paper rolls were nicely presented, they were almost empty and we had to go get another roll from the maids cart in the am. the clock on the room was also not even close to the time. ONE little bar of soup would be nice to be able to wash our hands versus having to step in the shower and grab body wash

there was a fire alarm that went off which I should be compensated for andddd I was disturbed on Saturday night for kids in a room above me running and jumping all night til almost 2 in the morning

Convenient location, decent hotel, close to beach.

They will charge you for parking for no obvious reason. $12 they state they charge you and they charged me $38. I called them and they had no idea why I was charged $38 for my one $12 parking pass. They ended up hanging up on me. I will be disputing this charge most definitely and for the full price. In addition to this, instead of charging the deposit separately, they charge it with the full price. Which can come off terrifying to those who track the return of their deposits on their debit or credit card account.
