Decent space and location. Nice view.
Extremely uncomfortable pillows. Kitchen utensils, dishes and small appliances need updating.
Hairdryer from 1970s

Very nice location, close to the pool very nice
When we got there, it was time for lunch… I was pulling out pans to cook I found three that were dirty. Very disappointing & disgusting. Which made me rewash everything before using. Was very disappointed in that. Also washroom door had spiders webs in the corner. Place didn’t seem like it had a deep cleaning.

Cleanliness, beds, have everything you could need for your stay, including umbrellas!
Beautiful unit!
The oven does not have enough power, takes forever to heat up. The kitchen could be bigger.

Unit location was excellent. You can actually walk to the Porte du Soleil lift from the unit (~600m)! Lots of room and well equipped. The sauna is a nice touch. The outdoor hot tub was also enjoyed. Parking was at a premium and our assigned spot was not always available.
There are sensors that make noise in the unit. The unit is a little worn from use.

The apartment was roomy.
Check in was at a different location with no info provided. We had to call to find out and stayed outside for half a half hour trying to figure out what to do.

Size of room, location, reception
Multiple issues with the apartment and equipment like dirty dishes and ustensiles, dusty, dirty carpet, mildew, runny faucet , issues with washing machine & dryer, no air conditioning or working air exchanger …

convenient location
ac stopped working, place was not cleaned properly, no check in instruction (wifi password, etc), water stopped working on the last day

The kitchen was well-stocked and useable. Coffee machine and toaster worked well. The place was clean enough. The pools were fun, although a bit of a walk from my unit. Shuttle bus service was available.
My unit was old and dark, with not much of a view. There was no installed air conditioning, so we had to make do with fans and a small portable ac unit upstairs. The place badly needed some tlc. Living room table was broken. Two out of three tv’s didn’t work. The one that did was super small. Balcony was dirty/full of bbq grease stains. One of the bathroom sinks leaked onto the counter when you put the water on. Carpet on the outdoor staircase needs fixing.

Excellent location close to the resort, yet quiet
We were supposed to have 2 bags of coffee, one regular one decaf. But only got 2 decaf.

Check in service and support always excellent at the Chateau Beauvellon and it was very clean. The location and space in the condo (it's two levels) is also good. The kitchen is small and outdated but well functioning. My son enjoyed the sauna which worked well. Condo management does their best, but the owners need to make significant improvements.
This condo is tired and needs a serious upgrade. If you are looking for a time capsule, this is the place! I am sure not one thing has been done to this place since it was built 20 years ago. There were literally disconnected landlines everywhere and a VCR! Two of the three TVs did not have cable boxes attached so were not usable. The cable package is basic level - no news or sports channels, especially in English. Not a big deal if you're NOT dealing with lockdowns and minus 30 temps. The furniture is worn, dated and scratched. There was only one working outlet in the kitchen. The laminate counter in the kitchen is coming unattached in the corner. The blankets were old and worn. I rent once a month minimum each winter at Tremblant and have for four years - and while some do have a few of these issues, depending on the owners, this condo was not up to standard and had way too many defects to be acceptable. I would not stay again and am going to be wary of other properties managed by this company. More transparency on amenities (such as furniture, linens, TV/Netflix etc.) is needed.

Would have been nice to have access to a Hot tub.

Very comfortable with absolutely everything you need. Private and peaceful and with a lovely view. Short walk (or shuttle bus) to the town. Easy and free parking.
Nice surprise to get a free lift pass and entrance ticket to the National park from the agents - who were very efficient.
Apartment has been furnished with quality products but is looking slightly worn and dated now.

The unit was very close to the pool, it was spacious enough for us 9, kitchen was well equipped, good privacy, parking was close to the unit, very close to tremblant village, well situated
The cleanliness was not super. Under our beds was dirty: lots of dust, left over jus box, left over items from previous guests (but overall ok cleanliness). Bathroom upstairs had a very tight shower with moldy shower door. Bathroom situation a bit awkward as well as the only bathroom downstairs (the biggest one in the whole place) was inside a bedroom so no access for anyone else if someone was using the room, had to go upstairs to the small bathroom. Also no hooks or chairs in each of our rooms to hang our wet towels after our showers (not enough space in the bathroom for all the towels either)

Apartment was clean.
The hotel where you need to go check in to pick up your keys the staff is so rude. The staff spoke about me to each other in French thinking i did not understand what they were saying ,since I was interacting with them in English, when i complained about the apartment being late. I had to go back twice since they told me to go back at 4 and then told me to go back at 4:45.Our apartment was almost an hour late because it wasn't ready. We only got to our apartment and settled in after 5. No one has any idea of what is going on when u ask then why it's late. I asked for the manager there to complain he was not helpful either his first resolution was just cancel if you're not happy, great manager as you can tell. He made excuses you his staff when i told them they were rude.

The cleanliness.
The pool.
Comfortable beds.
The privacy of the balcony and windows w/o any view on the neighbors.
The lighting in the kitchen was a little poor.
TV was a little small. The children and us were catching up on the Olympics during the evening.
No power in the shared spas on the property.
Our rental was little close to the main road, hence more noise in the morning.
The public beach, very small, not deep enough, too expensive for what it is. Definitely not up to Tremblant standard. We should have spent the time going in the Parc du Mont Tremblant.

Beautiful condo..close to the Village.
Found it quite expensive with taxes and cleaning fee thrown in!

The staff at the check in were friendly and informative. (ALEXANDER) We left the condo by 11 am but were allowed to return the keys at 1 pm which allowed us to explore the area longer.
We were provided with unlimited access to the gondola in the village for our 3 day visit as well as a pass to the National Park.
We were provided access to the storage room which was a secure place to store our bikes.
Some of the dishes were not very clean. I suspect the dishwasher could use some maintenance.
The plastic chairs and table on the patio were not comfortable.

Good and clean interiors
Nice view of Lac Tremblant
Quiet and peaceful ambience
Convenient location with good parking arrangement
- Except the English speaking staff, some of the French speaking staff were quite rude to me when I asked for a wine opener as it as not provided in my room le eaux 235-04. Finally the staff threw the wine opener at me which was very rude
- Poor explanation on key collection: Key collection is from Chateau Beauvallon and the front desk people never explained well how to get the key to open the room and enter. We froze for almost 20mins standing outside the door not being able to figure out where the code that was given at the front desk was supposed to be inserted. The was a keypad on the door and another combination lock on the lock. We were just supposed to make the combination on the lock-box, and take the key out of it rather than entering the key-code into the door keypad.
- The showers were extremely "badly" designed - Unless one is over 6-foot, the water would fall onto your face and the shower could not be adjusted to come at your stomach-level. Extremely inconvenient. We couldn't take a shower in peace.
- There were 4 of us staying in the condo for 2 nights and despite this, there were just 2 coffee sachets inside the room. When I went to the Chateau Beauvallon front desk and asked one of the elderly French-only speaking ladies, she was very rude to me and said they do not provide coffee sachets or wine openers for the condos - very very weird considering that we paid almost $800 for 2 nights. I really should have spotted the lady's name but she has silver-short hair and was very rude - at first she said that I wasn't even a guest of the hotel when I showed here my room keys - later, Marie (English-speaking) came to help us with a few more coffee filters, sachets, and a wine opener which I returned along with the keys while checking out.

We like the warmness and the comfort of the house... plus it surrendered by nature. It's a very beautiful place to be. Since I love nature.
Just the chairs of the dining room needs to be change.
