Quick overnight stay to get to the airport. Shuttle was on time and very nice.

Stay long enough to enjoy a lovely pool and a great workout room.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I booked through booking.com which made it not possible to change rooms (needed different sized bed). I suggest you book directly.

The quality of the linens was good, but the duvet cover had been laundered using a scented product. For those of us who have environmental sensitivities it made for a difficult night of sleep.

They did not let us know when we booked it that the pool was not open the whole reason why we booked it here was because of the pool for the kids so when we got there they then let us know the pool was closed but said we could drive down the street and use another of their sister hotels to swim at which was a very big inconvenience when asked if I could get a refund before we even unloaded our stuff he said no it was too late 😤

Grate place just need to clean/update pool.

Room was large and clean. Check in was super fast. Breakfast was good.

The pool and room the pool was in needs some serious attention. One of the main reasons I booked this room was because of the pool. We did not use the pool because of this and both of my teenagers with disabilities were very disappointed.

Going was horrible. Return was good.

Our plan was to leave our car and stay overnight on our return. The reservation person did not know the details; he hardly was understandable, couldn’t understand what I was saying or what we wanted. He couldn’t understand our reservation was for the next month. He even stated the shuttle bus would cost us $35 !! As it was—it took over a half hour to arrive; I asked three times if he called for a shuttle service! and no—it was free! …Totally unqualified to be behind a counter…. As the line of people was being longer and out the entrance, many rolled their eyes as they heard the conversation. On our return, the gentleman now behind the counter was very courteous and prompt. The stay overnight was very nice.

We will definitely stay here in the future.

We stayed the night before our flight. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was great to keep our food overnight so that we could bring it on the flight.
