The property is in a good location, close to everything.
The day shift staff, rude young ladies. Also kept changing our deposit and parking total amount. Parking states $29 per night on booking but when we got to the counter the lady said it was $39. Which very ridiculous tbh.

El desayuno muy pobre y con poca variedad
La ubicacion excelente
El desayuo y tuvimos un problema que no hicieron la lipieza de la habitacion el dia 10 junio y por dicha situacion nos descontaron el costo del estacionamiento la cual agradezco

Location was great for the work sites we were visiting. Room was clean and comfortable, design is nice through out the hotel.
There were flies all over the bar at happy hour and continental breakfast was swarming as well. I also found the food and drink to be expensive. Ordered happy hour wine to find out what was poured was not on the happy hour menu. Wish there was an iron in the room, the steamer provided was dangerous and constantly spit out hot water, aggressively. The floor we were on (12) noted ice/vending machine on the way finding and was not able to find it. The room was very cold, even turning off the AC. The sliding door to the bathroom came off the track very easily. The faucet of the sink was not appropriately sized to overhang the sink, could barely was hands. Wish there was liquid soap for hand washing, bar of soap not practical/sanitary. Shower took a while to heat up, wish we didn't have to waste so much water to hit comfortable temperature.

Not much. This was former Sheraton hotel which was better treated.
Staff not very friendly, poor breakfast and installation getting old.

It was clean and a great location the city view was just OK.
Only 1 problem! We didn’t have microwave in our room.

location
Poor management. not interested in resolving issues. I was charged for four extra rooms and when I inquired about those charges, I was sent between multiple people with no resolution. hotel manager was unhelpful too and shows no remorse.
ultimately, I have to dispute charges with credit card company now.

Mercedes was a little rude at front desk, didn’t like when she said it was a money issue when we was just confirming what I was paying for. but other than that front desk was amazing.
