Our room was ready before the check in time.
Staff was so pleasant, professional and helpful.
We checked out on time but asked if we can leave our car parked underground parking because we purchased all day passes and we were allowed without any problems.
Everything was excellent. Zero concern

Location
Shower was left filthy with hair everywhere. Bed sheets were placed on inside out. Booking included a king bed but that wasn’t the room we got. And the pull out sofa was horribly uncomfortable

Very convenient
Staff can be more helpful.
Would be nice to have a phone in the room to call for room service such as extra towels and so on.

It was beautiful outside of our hotel but inside it just seemed pretty small and the bed was pretty small too.
The shower looked a bit dirty and old. The bed was pretty small and the kitchen was really small too. Everything seemed really small for the 4 of us.

Location right at the village. Everything was exceptional. Staff were professional and helpful and provided crib in room and accommodated our request for later checkout. Also, I read in some reviews that underground parking was "small". However, being familiar with many underground parking facilities, the underground parking provided by Blue Mountain Village ( an extra 20$ dollar charge), was quite exceptional, it was quite large, with a high 7 feet clearance with easy accessibility to the hotel. And it was very clean.
Nothing to do with the stay, but stay was during Victoria Day holiday and the entire blue mountain was very very busy, with longer wait times than usual for food at outside restaurants l, etc. But, it was still enjoyable.

Location.
Apparently what I booked for as advertised on booking.com I did not get the same room which is strange. They put us in weider lodge. They first gave me a room with a queen bed and we were 2 adults and 1 child. After going back they then changed me to a bigger room with a king bed. However it was still not the same room as what I paid for and what was advertised.
Lastly all facilities /activities were closed it would have been nice to know before hand we could have gone on a later date.

Very convenient location in the blue mountains village, has the kitchenette. the hot tube is a must have after a ski day.
The room looks quite old. We can hear the next door talking very clearly, it’s really noisy at night. Bid ants in the room, Stains on the sheet, disappointed with their cleaning.

Location. Right in the middle of the Village.
Underground parking garage (CAD 20 per night).
Quick check-in. The hotel has accommodated the request for the early check-in
Stayed at the Seasons at Blue (one of the 3 hotels of the Village Suites).
The first hotel in Canada I've experienced that wouldn't let to leave the car in the parking garage for a few hours after the checkout.
Air conditioning didn't work properly: it was 80 F ⁰ in the room and couldn't cool it - it seems that only fan worked.
I felt EVERY spring of my sofa bed.

the property is SO convenient. One entrance is literally 100m away from the ski & snowboard hire + valet and the other opens up right into the heart of the village. Staff is super friendly too! The kitchen also has plenty of pots and pans for your use
the central heating is exceptionally dry which left us all with nose bleeds. Its worth bringing a humidifier with you! the living space was also a bit small

There's a $50 charge on my card don't know why, they haven't sent a receipt like they said they would, fireplace didn't work

The Weider Lodge where we lived is just at the foot of the lift. It is so convenient as well to step on the village. No need to drive. The hot tub at the courtyard is very nice. The reception upgraded our suite for the benefit of closing to another unit of our friends. Really appreciated. The suite is large and clean. There are a plenty of kitchenwares which are very convenient. And there is a large dining table which can fit for 8 people to dine. Great stay!

beautiful, family friendly
water park closes too early, we didn’t get to go

Convenient location, that’s it:(
The price… with no daily housekeeping, EV chargers in garage not working, room temperature controls are ridiculous, extremely hot in the room with heat off, windows open, turn on the AC and it’s blowing cold strong air right towards the bed when you’re trying to sleep. Hot tub was full of screaming kids running around and drunk men, same with the sauna. Garbage in the hallways…
