Not great.

I was not happy about our stay here, it was exceptionally noisy in the night, people stomping down the halls, banging on the walls next to us, called front desk. It took quite some time before it was quieter. Not a great experience

Lovely quiet room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice, good selection.

Would have liked more than 2 bath towels, and a box of tissues.

Nice fireplace setting in lobby

It was conveniently located off highway and clues to Original Joes restaurant which made meeting with family easy and enjoyable.

The breakfast was not an American breakfast. Very disappointed with food choices. Previous reviews said breakfast was poor and I totally agree. Won’t stay at this hotel again. Ice machine nit working and coffee machine for breakfast not working . With MacD next door you’d think management would arrange for their coffee to be served.🥲

Not perfect but still our choice for next visit

Staff were excellent and very gracious when I thought I was missing an item from the room (it was my mistake - very embarrassing.) The location is very convenient for us. The small suite works well for us in case one of us needs to have a meeting.

They appeared to be short staffed while we were there. The breakfast area wasn’t kept stocked.

The price was right, but next time I will pay a little more for a comfortable bed my back and neck are killing me

I like the location. It was close to everything. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning staff were friendly and hard-working.

The beds were very old and hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were awful to.

Good value for the price

Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds a bit dated but we're able to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was decent.

First room that we were provided with already had someone in it but this was rectified with another pretty quickly. No working ice machine was a disappointment.

Shower was good. Breakfast was ok

Phoned to get early occupany because i was sick, but they would not comitt. We showed up and got in one hour early. Hotel was out of tissue paper and made no effort to buy any. Only one Roku device in room even though we had two TVs

We needed a quick place to stay, it suited our purpose.

The location was easy. Tims across the street.

The place needs a good cleaning. It is looking a little run down. Some of the bad western decor especially the stuff above the main door.

Ok for one night, probably would not stay here again

The front desk staff member on checkout (Sept 19) was unfriendly, rude & argumentative. This person needs a few lessons in manners and customer service! Please stop using so much plastic at your breakfast! Terrible example of disposable and single use plastic!!

Decent. Could have been better, but not impressed for the price

Room was not clean. Hair and food particles all over the room. Lights and clocks had to be manually plugged in. Appliances and room outdated.

The first room we were booked into smelled HORRIBLE!!! Like it had been smoked in years ago and a coat of paint just cant cover that up. It was terrible! The staff was very kind and moved us to another room no problem. Very nice staff.

The place is old. The beds are old and hard. Worn out. Maybe the price could be reflected better. Def not worth the money we paid. But the staff were nice.

Nice but overpriced. MUST contact to ensure you get a pet friendly room

Was super close to the place where AB/NWT AAC Regionals were held. Continental breakfast was delightful.

Bed was uncomfortable and it was in the suite. Had to pay for an upgrade even tho it wasn’t my error in booking - they did not contact me to see if I needed a pet friendly room like all the other places do on booking.com. There was hair in the towels and housekeeping didn’t even notice. Fridge is too small. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way.

horrible customer service

I booked two pet rooms in October to attend an event received a confirmation. three hours before I was to arrive found out they weren’t going to honor my reservation as they didn’t have any pet rooms and were overbooked with a large event. Rather than honor the longer reservation they chose to leave me high and dry.

It was very basic, nothing fancy at all. Clean. Fine for the weekend for a place to rest at the end of the day.

I was travelling for a Regional dog championship and booked our room Dec 1, 2022for June 22-26, 2023. This was one of the host hotels for the event. At the time of booking I wrote down under special requests that we would have our dog with us. I also reviewed all policies on Booking.com and it said pets welcome, nothing else. No where did it say we needed to call to ensure we had a pet room reserved. I assumed everything was good to go. A day or two before travelling, several people I know were notified by the hotel directly that they were not able to accommodate them and their dogs. This was despite the fact that they too had booked months in advance and told the hotel they would be bringing their dog(s). We quickly called the hotel on June 21 and were fortunate to get the last dog room they had. Ridiculous stress at the last minute when the hotel had almost 7 months to contact us and tell us we needed to verbally confirm we had a dog and would need a dog room. Some of the other competitors had to go to Calgary to find pet friendly rooms.

The location was fine a little crowded. The food layout needs attention...rearrange the waffle machine it caused a mess. The staffer was not available most times to tend or replace food.
