A regretful experience.

I cannot provide a positive review.

The room was dated, the bed was dirty and sheets were questionable. The room was old world paneling with trim ready to fall off. The AC was hit and miss for working and the owner was surely when we checked in and we were challenged by the owner’s husband when we arrived after our local event with him asking if we had reservation and if we had paid extra for the dog we had brought and had already paid for hours earlier. Honestly, one of the worst places we have ever stayed.

It's an absolute dump

I didn't like anything! Beware, it looks nothing like the photo in the light of day. It is an absolute dump.

When we drove in, we were shocked at how rundown the place.was, as the photos online.didnt look.too bad. We are seasoned travelers and this was the only place we ever prepaid, but refused to stay. The bed spread looked older than me, and the towels felt like sandpaper. And they were paper thin. Outside was sketchy and inside was too. The woman running the place said she didn't care if we stayed or not as it was prepaid. Then she slammed the door in our faces. I would not let my dog stay there.

“Don’t judge the book by its cover” - this sentence can describe this hotel. It met all my expectations.

Comfortable beds, quiet air conditioner, central location, friendly and helpful staff. They also have secure wifi, high speed internet and even smart tv.

Charming small town atmosphere!

The staff were super friendly including their pets. The room was clean and organized. Great location!

There was no option for coffee in the room despite a machine being available. The microwave didn't work. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper available.

Location was great a centre location for day trips to Sauble Beach but

Excellent location right downtown Medford walking distance it restaurant and the waterfront. Not far from major centre like Owen Sound and Collingwood.

The hotel room was dated, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, they had the lowest toilet I have every seen in a hotel.

Location was good .

I went there to celebrate mine partner bdy and the hotel owner and staff didnot provide us the microwave and on our request she gave us . In the evening when we were outside she unlock our room without our permission and took that provided microwave. Moreover she stolen mine partner's money which was on the table close to the bed . That was such a cheap, shocking and disgusting thing for an owner and staff members as well. Visitors came there to enjoy their leisure time but due to these kind of people they can't enjoy.

Noisey and unpleasant.

Room was not fancy, but clean. Bed was very comfy.

As my partner and I checked in there were about a dozen women, going in and out of several rooms adjacent to ours, gathered in the parking lot literally just outside our door and it was party time! The fellow that checked us in walked through this group of revelers as I unloaded our car, so management was aware. Fair enough that the ladies were having a libation (or two) and smoking (outdoors). However, there was a nearly continuous loud din created by their laughing, shouting (a person would have to shout to be heard over the din- it was that loud), and talking from when we checked in at about 3 p.m. until, unable to nap because of all the noise, my partner and I left the premises at about 4:30 p.m. As an aside, I will mention that the four gentlemen standing at the upper rail decided at that point to serenade the ladies down below with their rendition of Bachman Turner Overdrive classics. That was the only time I was glad for all the noise the gals down below were making! We came back a couple hours later and the party ladies seemed to have gone down with the sun. Ah, but it was not to last. At about 7 a.m. the next morning they were back at it to the point where they woke my partner and me up. At that point, I went outside and asked them to be quiet. Even that didn't last as soon after they packed up their vehicles and, as if I needed a reminder of how self-centered and immature this group of (I will be kind here) guests acted they took off with a few blasts from their car horns. "B-b-b baby, here's something, here's something that you ain't never gonna forget..." Rude, unapologetic, and no apparent effort from management to reign in this unruly gang.
