Did not live up to expectation

Location and some of the staff

AC unit needed to be serviced - we stayed here for three nights reported issues to reception first and Devon morning. Room was like an ice box. Also a strange electrical hum which we couldn’t quite locate - again reported but nothing was done about it. Booked B&b but on checkin were informed that the hotel did not offer this and when I showed the booking details they agreed to give us a $50 for breakfast. For three of us breakfasts averaged over $70 - lovely breakfast menu but with the prices it meant that we were left to pay the excess for the three mornings meals. Staff were hit and miss - two of the ladies who served breakfast could honestly not have been nicer - really pleasant and interactive. The rest of the staff however could definitely have been better. In all for the price we were disappointed.

Very dated and old carpet in room seemed dirty, furniture chipped, even the lobby furniture as old and dirty. Was very surprised after having stayed here when it was new 24 yrs ago and it seems to be decorated the same.

Ótima localização sendo um bairro muito calmo e silencioso, camas muito confortáveis e tudo limpo!

Hotel bem localizado com opções de restaurantes e cafés para ir à pé. Acomodações muito boas, tudo organizado, funcionando e limpo. O manobrista Walter merece 5 estrelas!

Houve uma falta de comunicação sobre o café da manhã incluso na reserva que acabou dando questionamento sobre cobrança, porém no checkout tudo foi acertado.

Esperava mais, mas valeu a experiência!

Café da manhã perfeito, contudo, houve uma confusão no primeiro dia pois reservei pelo BOOKING.COM com café da manhã incluso e eles não souberam muito bem como lidar com isso.

Quartos BEM antigos. Aquecedor NÃO funcionou mesmo depois que foram no quarto tentar consertar, já tarde da noite. Esperava algo mais moderno do hotel tendo em vista seu hall.

Just pictures , is not what you find when you arrive

The plasme in front of the lake

It was a great disappointment, I thought it was better than the others because of the photos, but it was only that photos and decoration in the common areas, the rooms are old, the carpet smells ugly, they are not hygienic and more with the virus situation than There is now . a hotel night more than 200usd and they charge you up to a bottle of water, incredible. The shower had a curtain, any hotel of those prices should have glass even if it is for hygiene. The dinner menu, we had to leave everything, we asked for room services and the squid were fried bread and the plate full of oil, really a bad experience, I bought it from the photos and it looked more "new" than others but it was that, only photos.

Nice customer service but the facilities were not worth the price.

The food was not bad it was just over priced for what you got.

The room did not have a mini fridge or microwave, the carpet and drapes looked like they were from the 80s and were rarely cleaned with spots all over/had a mildew smell, and the drain in the bathroom was slow you would end up standing in a puddle while showering.

Lovely, friendly staff, great food, hospiand transitional hotel on the lake. Beautiful location.

Breakfast was nice. I ordered off menu and they made my healthy omlette and salmon with veggies everyday! Very good.

No laundry service which was a big problem for me or I would have stayed longer. Had to relocate to another hotel after 2 weeks as I needed my laundry doing! Was a long stay business trip.

beautiful hotel in celebration right on the lake. lake view from room was lovely. went during Idalia and staff very helpful. pool looked stunning, understandably closed in a hurricane!

A great place to base yourself if you like to be able to ho for a morning walk and be close to some fabulous restaurants

The location of the hotel is perfect. Surrounded by a beautiful lake and some fabulous shops and restaurants. The updated parts of the hotel were comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

The outdated rooms that smelled damp and musty. Some love needed to refresh. That said, we were immediately moved when we brought to the attention of the front of house staff.

Exceptional

The valets (Walter) is who I had the most contact and first contact with. And he is exceptionally!! Professional, yet personable! Celebrate was a little farther out than I expected but very much worth it. Very nice and calm area.

The only thing I was disappointed of, the bar had closed after we had returned from dinner(11:00).

Good for one night, town is a nice stroll.

Celebration has a lovely walkability. The restaurants, shops and weekend events are nice and everyone was friendly. I especially enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning. The Valet guys were fantastic! Super nice!!

The hotel charged a pet fee for an ESA dog, which I did not like at all. I travel a lot and write reviews. No other hotels charge me for my small dog. I explained that while checking in and she said, "well, we do charge and that is our policy". So, I won't be staying there again. The furniture is very dated, and the room was clean. The towels smelled a little funny as well. The most exciting thing was the refrigerator does get drinks cold, and everything worked properly.
