Very nice executive suite for family and the location is fantastic.
The whirlpool tub plug didn’t work. The electricity had to be fixed but was resolved the second day. Pool is small.

Was good
Hot tub closed at 10 as adults would’ve been nice to sit in there later.

I really liked the place. I did think the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but overall it was fantastic.

Hotel is situated in the right location. It is a little care worn lights in the elevators need to be services and the lights need to be replaced. The staff did not address am major concern of mine, read below.
The issue with the property is that they never clear the parking lot. the clear in front of the hotel entrance bit no the main lot. Its -27 degrees outside and you are trying to walk across a parking lot that has ruts in it from cars and a lot of ice built up. This creates an unsafe condition, when I brought this up with the front desk staff they could not have cared less. The Best Western Fort Saskatchewan should get a snow removal company to plow their lot.
Very Dangerous.

Nothing I’d call healthy or appetizing.
Eggs were barely identifiable and I got a mouth full of balled up parchment paper in my third and last bite. Only fresh fruit was three brown bananas a day away from banana bread. Oatmeal looked to be a day or so old and all this was at 5:30am.

Rooms clean. No complaints about the hotel itself. Good value.
The male breakfast attendant was so very rude. He was watching us each time we grabbed food. For sure not there to help because he treated other guests rudely as well. Anyway, that made me very disappointed with the service and would not have this as a top pick for hotel stay. I arrived about 8am, with more people coming to the breakfast area as well and there was no refill of the hot breakfast items. We felt rushed with checking out, there was already someone knocking by 9am to see if we were checking out already.
