Just wasn’t a good feeling

Room was ready on time.

The room had a significant cigarette smell. A lot of broken things in the room including the door security lock, up in the door. Made me feel unsecured. The TV was not clear at all, it was fuzzy about 75% of the time it was on. USB plug is up high, about 6ft above bed, nowhere to set your electronics near the plug.

Okayish hotel, just make sure they clean your room properly.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel is in overall good condition. A very basic breakfast is included, which is nice if you're on a budget, though it basically consists of bread and coffee.

They don't clean up your room, ever, unless you specifically ask for it. First night I thought it was just a mistake, or that the cleaning service wasn't available because it was a Sunday, but on the second day / third night we had run out of toilet paper and I asked front desk for my room to be cleaned. Next night I arrive to my room expecting to see the room cleaned and everything seemed tidied up except the toilet was still dirty, AKA they didn't CLEAN clean. What kind of hotel is that?! Also, the staff is not rude but I expected a little more friendliness. Whenever I said "good morning", "hello", or "thank you", they just stared at me like I'm a weirdo.

Price was decent. No charge for parking.

Blankets were like sand paper. Bath tub has the beginning of a dirt ring, it needed a good scrub. Breakfast was minimal. Incense shouldn't be burning in the lobby, some people are sensitive to strong odors.

Good Value not worth the rude staff.

The front desk staff wasn’t people friendly! the breakfast was hard old beagles or muffins or cereal. No juice or milk coffee one day out of six.

This was definately budget.

It was easy to get to. It also had free parking. It seems convenient if you want to head back to or from WI or to O'Hare.

There were no cups in the room, coffee for the the little coffee maker, or refrigerator. The TV was tiny and we had dirty towel and toilet paper. For breakfast, there was white bread, wheat bread, bagels, and 3 types of cereal. They had a couple of apples and instant oatmeal. The juice machine was broken. I need a low carb breakfast and an apple that I don't like was the only option. This was a little far from our destination of the Riviera Theater.

Overall great value if you just need a place to stay

The room itself was bright and clean. All equipment worked. Overall good value

There was no fridge in the room, so I couldn't get things to nibble on like I normally do. TV was above the armoire/ closet and wasn't very adjustable. Breakfast was on the bleh side. Pre-packaged mini muffins and donuts, bagels and cereal -- juice machine was not operational.

it was dirty, we found an open condom wrapper on the bed. As soon as we turned on the lights they stopped working. They were also bugs on the floor
