The location is fine but there is nothing decent about the hotel itself

Very old and rundown and poorly maintained. The room is extremely smelly and carpet is peeling off everywhere. I had to leave the window open through the whole time and nights. Had to hold my breath as soon as I walked into the building until I got into the room and opened the window. Can’t believe they would charge the hotel by over $100 per night. Definitely not worth the money. Can’t believe this is hotel next to Albany airport. It’s even worse than a small motel in countryside.

A budget stay - for the price it’s decent

It was convenient for the purpose we needed it for. Close by to the places we needed to go. The room was a nice big size. They changed the towels and through out the garbage from the bathroom. Parking is right there nearby.

Things were being fixed or renovated. No one comes to do you bed. After cleaning the bathroom there were fruit flies there. You can easily hear the Neighbors at night.

I will never stay here again

I didn’t like anything about the place.

Room was run down, the headboard was broke and the toilet handle was broke. I was suppose to have king size suite but with all that they moved me to a very small queen room for the same price. No ice machine no nothing.

Poor and Sorry Hotel

The location

The property is dirty and outdated You should really put on the website it's a hotel that people live. Put the carpets are old and dirty, the doors are lock properly. This was a bad thing 😭

Never again. I felt dirty after check out.

Front desk person was very friendly and efficient with check in.

Room was dirty. Window didn’t lock , nor the door. Lamp shade should be thrown away. Bathroom could use major caulking and deep cleaning. I booked hotel with a shuttle option that was not.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

Absolutely nothing.

We booked a king suite. Got there, took forever to check in, went to our room, two double beds. Had to go back to desk - they said no king suites because the one they had had a leak. One?! So they said we.could cancel and get our money back or stay, and they wouldnt charge us extra for the double beds. Not sure how they thought they were doing us a favor not charging us extra. The hotel wasn't air conditioned, so hot. The room ac worked. That was the only good part. Everything was filthy. Random people hanging out in parking lot. The fridge didn't work. Random people sitting in hallway outside our room. Public bathroom had bugs. Shower curtain in room didn't close because bar was so bent. So half the shower was wide open, water got everywhere. Checkout should be simple - most places don't even want your card back and you just leave. Not here. We had to go to the desk. We said we were checking out and stood there for about 3 minutes while she typed away not really saying anything. The whole experience was just awful. I felt like I needed to be disinfected after being there. Quality Inn headquarters should really do a site visit and whip that place into shape.

Didn't, services promised were not delivered & too rowdy with partiers

They said they had shuttle service to the airport but when I arrived, they said it wasn't currently available, which was a main reason I chose to go there and they offered no assistance whatsoever. The bar area is right in the lobby where you check in, where 8 people were noisily drinking and partying and more people were coming in with 6-packs and 12-packs headed to their room; there were stacks of boxes behind the full glass window in an office off of the lobby; there were workers in the parking lot drinking and watching the comings and goings of guests - I did not end up staying there.

I wouldn’t feed my dog in that place! I can’t believe Booking even offers a hotel like that. That place is horrible!!

The room was decent for the price.

The place is a bit worn, missing a light bulb over the hot tub....missing a lamp shade in the bedroom....and a burnt out bulb in the fridge. To be rated like an upscale hotel those details need to be perfect. The kid at the desk had his college sweatshirt on.

Dirty as can be. Carpets all ripped in hallways. Everything was dirty and smelled terrible. Stay away!

Great Jacuzzi Suites!

The jacuzzi suite was very spacious and comfortable. I'm 6'4", 330lbs and fit in the tub quite easily (see photo below). Also the toilet bowl was elongated, a very important feature to a larger person such as myself. The free breakfast was very good as well.

Well, this isn't a reflection on the facility but in the past we've stayed here. When we did, by showing our room key, we would get 20% off our bill at the excellent Japanese steak house which share the same parking area and is a one minute walk from the rooms. The discount has been cut down to only 5%.

Great place to stay when need to relax

The whirlpool was clean and relaxing. The location was close to everything needed. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was very helpful and polite. Property was very quiet and felt safe staying there. Complimentary breakfast had great options cereal oatmeal waffles yogurt fresh fruit variety of juices. Overall very pleased with overall stay.

No complaints from me at all except one. The bed was exceptionally firm for my specific liking other than that great. I will definently recommend this property to friends and family. I will also be rebooking with them down the road in the future.I was overall totally satisfied with my whole stay and experience.

It was a horrible experience.

The room was not detailed clean, the room that was book for my family and I was not Available, the entire hotel had a really bad smell, all 4 rooms that were book did not have enough beds, the prices was more than what I book for, our room keys was disconnected multiple times with no one at the front desk, the ice machine was not in service and one of my rooms had a broken refrigerator, not enough sheets and stain and dirty towels.

Disgusting and not habitable.

Absolutely nothing. The guy at the front desk was friendly and felt bad when I explained the situation but nothing was done about it.

I have stayed in shabby rooms before and not minded because the were clean. This motel seemed to be a shelter for homeless families. I have no problem with this, but the room we were given had been inhabited for a very long period of time and had not been cleaned. There were sheets of plywood in the room leaning against the wall. There were stains all over the walls. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall. There were urine stains on the bathroom wall as well as feces stains on the room's walls. The bedding was not clean. There were disgusting crusty stains on the flooring. The lock was loose on the door. Everything was in extreme disrepair. We were unable to stay the night there. The entire situation made our skin crawl. We were not given a refund either.
