Should have stayed at my usual place!

The location, easy to get to from the Mass Pike. Ample parking. Very nice front desk staff, helpful.

The 1st room I was given 618 smelled like a sewer, the front desk moved me to 604. This room also had an odor but nothing like 618. I don't know where to start, the carpet and bedskirt were stained and dirty, the mattress is cheap and horribly uncomfortable, the headboard circa 1980, cracked peeling faux leather. The shower had absolutely no water pressure and leaked, plumbers tape wrapped around it, the walls are thin enough to hear the people next to you sneeze! The space under the door is at least 2" light, noise, everything comes in. Bad experience, very disappointing. The price for the room is way out of line with the condition of the rooms. Old, dated, not up to the standards I expect from a brand name hotel.

Only stayed here because my daughter had an event at the hotel.

Close proximity to restaurants, easy on and easy off the highway. Plenty of parking

Bathroom was dated, the shower toiletry rack broke off, mattress hard not very comfortable to sleep on and the heat every time it turned on it was super loud. It would wake you up.

Overall good. Facility looked a little tired

We were not told of the breakfast buffet. It was amazing but we had transportation on the way but would have loved to have enjoyed the lovely buffet.

Bathtub had peeling paint and stopper did not work

Need black out curtains which is a basic necessity at a 4 star hotel

Clean place. Staff accommodated my request for early check in and late check out due to the wedding events taking place at the property which I was attending

Very small bathroom: only one person can use at a time. It was shocking that the black out curtains did not close resulting in poor sleep. The room was facing the outdoor construction facility of the hotel. At 4 am, there were very bright flood lights that turned on outdoor. With no black out curtains, the light shone in my room, resulting in sleep disturbance. I paid over $200 for a night to get no sleep??? It defeated the purpose of my stay overnight at the hotel: very disappointed!!

FANTASTIC 10+

The room was very comfortable and very clean the mattress on the bed was comfortable. I will say we had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best dinner my husband and I had in a restaurant ever. We both had the salmon and the cook was out standing. I have never given a cook a tip but we gave the cook a tip. The waiter was the greatest so polite he was also outstanding I give the restaurant a 10+.

Disappointing

The restaurant was good

The bed was squeaky,springs were hard in bed the pillows were flat,the floor was uneven with raised spots overall noisy area ac stopped working when train came by at 1am sounded like it was coming in my room

the hotel is beautiful and very clean.

In the room description it said two beds and in fact there was a bed and a sofa bed and there were no blankets. We asked at reception and they brought us sheets. It was cold because the heating wouldn't turn on.
