Clean room, GREAT showerhead, especially for a hotel room. Beds were fine. A/C worked wonders. Location was phenomenal for visiting the Sesame Place. Good shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom, soft towels (especially for a hotel)
The internet didn't work, the TV was static-y, breakfast was not included and expensive, hotels never have hard enough pillows for me, the bathroom was very small

Hotel in general was chosen due to its proximity to Sesame Place. 2 minute drive. Rooms were clean however needs updating. To our surprise, hotel pool and hot tub were filthy. Not a standard held by Sheraton hotels. Disappointing but staff was friendly and efficient upon check-in.
The pool and hot tub were filthy. Hair and dirt floating in the water. Definitely needs a good cleaning and upkeep!

Very close to Sesame Place. The staff was very pleasant. There is a breakfast buffet with a 18.99 charge, however the food was very good.
The indoor pool was nice for the kids.
There are no microwaves in the room. If you want one there is a 25.00 fee.

Location
We've planned this trip nearly two months ago. We found this great hotel located near Sesame Place, and the room rates were reasonable. We booked the three rooms with the refundable option, nearly two months ahead of our vacation.
On the day of our vacation, we arrived the hotel front desk and was told that they couldn't find our reservation bookings. They asked us to contact booking.com directly. What a surprise! The front desk rep didn't even want to look for our bookings. We showed them the booking.com confirmation and details, and they finally found one of the rooms. They told us the other two rooms were cancelled! Another big surprise! The front desk rep informed us that the other two rooms were cancelled due to the payment issues. I told them I did not receive any emails or calls from either booking.com or the hotel informing me of this matter. If I was notified of the issue, I could have provided another payment method and this would have been resolved immediately. We asked the hotel if there were any rooms available, the front desk rep simply told us that it was fully occupied, ignored us, and went on to help the next customer. We were so disappointed with the hotel’s “helpful” attitude. Before we left, we overheard another unlucky traveller being told the same thing, their booking was cancelled and there’s no rooms left.
We ended up having to search online and making phone calls for closed to 4 hours to book another hotel ourselves. Since we were booking at the last minute, most of the hotels were fully occupied already. We were only able to book a 2 stars hotel with the last three rooms available as a last resort. (And the hotel was terrible, our kids were not feeling comfortable staying there, and they were crying throughout the night. That’s another story for another time.)

the footprint of the room was small for a family of 5. even the bathroom door was nearly hitting the toilet seat.

Facilities were clean {common area, room, bathrooms etc...} Front desk... well, as with most, it all depends on who you get at the time, unfortunately...
As far as the facility itself, I have no real complaints... The one thing I would recommend would be to give your front desk staff, some training on customer service... The other would be a recommendation on requesting that housekeeping staff speak English, especially around the guests...

location
nothing was in order! Staff unfriendly and unhelpful with exception of “Lilly” and the kind “pool man,” who insured the pool, was open and ready at posted times! when he wasn’t there, pool was closed PAST posted OPEN HOURS…..and so the water was also not warm enough to swim in when it opened late! Receptionist never greeted and grudgingly mumbled a reply when I said hi or good morning…..NOT good practice of customer service! When I asked why the pool was still closed at shortly before 8 on a weekday the male receptionist lied and said pool hours are 8:30. When I told him I had been staying there for the past 10 days and I was swimming every weekday morning at 6….just like the posted hours say….he just shrugged and looked back down at the keyboard that seemed to capture all his attention…..as did ALL the other receptionists during my 14 day stay! with the exception of “Lilly!”. SHE informed me of hotel policy, hours, amenities, etc. on our SECOND day of residency, when I asked where the ice machines were! she explained free coffee policy, when and where breakfast was served and much more! A duty that should have been carried out by the receptionist who checked us in two days previously! And housekeeping was ridiculous! Every day something else…..alll the way to the day of checkout! No toilet paper, or room coffee, or beds made, or bath towels , or overflowing trash container not emptied. my wife left notes: more toilet paper please, or….more coffee. Or please empty the trash! RIDICULOUS,

Television was “snowy” on most stations. For the price one would expect a decent television.

So the room was great, would have liked atleast a king size bed, but the room was ok. Clean and friendly staff but we did have alot of cannabis smoking on the floor we stayed on, not great with kids.
There was also no safe way to get to the seasme street theme park, had to take a taxi. This I think they could have a shuttle even if it was for $5, it was only a 2 min ride but safer in a car as no crossing or easy path to get to a crossing.
Stated above for more detail. To add, I just think best to say to guests to drive rather than come without a car. Really think this would have been an added bonus, as it would be practical to get around.
