requested clean towels and extra blankets twice and never received

convenient to airport

musty smell in hallways, ice machine on certain floors, room not clean the next day, we had to use same towels, Best Western is always my first choice but this was not the quality of this chain

I had a wonderful stay. The guest service agents were very friendly. The room was spacious and had very comfortable beds

Great breakfast. Eggs, waffles, pancakes and a continental breakfast as well. Had a nice size pool.

2 of the 3 elevators were broken.

Overall, the value was good for the cost of the stay.

Breakfast was exceptional. Also, there were many places to eat nearby. The location worked out well, with the highway very close to the property. Although a bit outdated, the hotel was very clean and inviting with great staff!! Parking was great.

The hotel and rooms were outdated. One of the elevators seemed to be constantly out of order. We had to switch rooms, as the first room we were assigned, the bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned as well as it should have been.

Easy to find. Staff were friendly. Clean rooms, beautiful veiws. Nice Buffet Breakfast. Stayed for a night wish I could have stayed for longer.

A good place to stay for about $105 a day plus 16% tax.

Best breakfast I have ever had at a budget hotel. My first breakfast had warm scrambled eggs and sausage links and patties. I had the links. I also had yogurt and banana on my cereal. I also had cold white milk 2%. Everything I could have wanted. I thanked the hosts for a very good breakfast. The second day I had cheese omelet with bacon and a chicken burger that was very good. Again I had yogurt and banana with my cereal. More than I could expected. As I said before I have never had such a great breakfast at a budget hotel.

Parking was not close. What I mean is that by the time I parked all the close spaces were taken. I though the bed was hard. Some might like a hard bed. The pillows were fluffy but small.

PARKING SUCK THE STAFF SUCK CLEARLY UPON ARRIVING WE TOLD HER NOT TO CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE MY BOYFRIEND WAS USING HIS CARD FOR OUR ROOM THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD TWICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN BROUGHT UP TO THEIR ATTENTION

the location was great for what I had planned

I booked because of the balcony to the rooms only to get a room with signs that the balcony couldn’t be assessed. My last night saw other people on their balconies.

Nothing abt this hotel was likable.

The whole hotel was a disaster, nasty & old! Our room looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, there was a roach in our bathroom, stains on the headboard & ceiling. I felt so disgusted

worse hotel experience in my life

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It appears that the only thing they are doing is changing the bedding and putting in towels. I could not stomach to stay the second night that was prepaid and if I hadn’t arrived so late I would have tried to find another place. They also make copies of your drivers licenses something I have never experienced in my life, they had a stack of them on counter with a license they forgot to give back to someone can’t imagine being we are all traveling.
