Perfect for an overnight stop just off the interstate.

Easy for the interstate, plenty of parking close to the rooms, clean, comfortable bed, various restaurants on the doorstep, overall good value.

We had the king suite with a pull out couch. The room was so spacious and we loved the seating area. I wanted to pack

Best Western was so convenient to Lake Point Arena. Easy to find and parking was always available

There was no washing detergent dispenser in the laundry room. If there had been that option I wouldn’t have to make a trip to Walmart to buy detergent

Breakfast was good.

Room smelled like smoke, told the immediately and they said they would make a note of it but couldn't move us. Said is was a non smoking room, but didn't have a non smoking sign outside. Had 2 small kids with us, so not happy at all

Disappointing

It was clean.

The staff did not listen and charged me twice for the room. I told her I paid for the room online 3 times and she took my card and charged me again for the room without consent. Manager apologized in the morning and gave me a refund

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE‼️ FROM MANAGEMENT DOWN TO HOUSEKEEPING, THESE PEOPLE LACK PROFESSIONALISM ‼

Initially, I liked the location, and the staff seemed very welcoming until I complained about the substandard housekeeping‼️

I complained that the housekeeper was not actually cleaning my room, and end the end, the general manager, Dave Patel, allowed the housekeeper to refuse to clean the room altogether, but charge me the same price for my stay as if I did not have the right to complain.

The location ended up being the only thing that was good‼️

The staff’s attitudes after I complained about the substandard housekeeping were horrible ‼️The manager did not address the poor housekeeping with the staff because he did not want her to quit. They treated me as if I were wrong for complaining about the slack on behalf of housekeeper.

we like because it’s a clean place.

we ask for more covers for the sofa bed and they didn’t have and told us they will give us 10.00 credit because of it and the next day when we left we ask the front desk person for our 10 credit and she said they don’t give any credit back

Overall our stay was great.

The location & cleanliness of the room & hotel were great.

There was a plumbing issue on the second that we were not made aware of until we called the front desk after attempting to shower.
