Läget mycket nära stranden. Den trevliga personalen. Att man får låna strand-handdukar dagligen. Att det finns automat för dricksvatten nere i lobbyn.
De långsamma hissarna. Att frukost inte var tillgängligt.

I liked that the thermostat was new and the lighting in the room made it feel comfortable.
The elevator is terrible, many people trying to go up and down at the same time causing congestion. The bath tub is extremely cramped. The location though central is made in a way that the view has been ruined by other hotels. The room has a wardrobe separating the entree way from the rest of the room. It makes walking in feel cramped and closed off.
The price is outrageous for these sort of issues.

Location was good - a short walk to Ala Moana, slightly longer to Waikiki.
- laundry area could be better

Great location
The building is a bit old and the waiting time for the elevators are quite long.

Localization, very nice service crew, clean and comfortable room. Despite having room with balcony to the city side, an urban view was also very nice. Sitting there after all day was relaxing. Great time spent there. Close to the craft beer bar and food trucks, 7 Eleven and classic grocery store. Bus stop just beside the hotel.
Smoking forbidden even at the balcony however, understand that.

Location in a walking distance from the Waikiki Village and the beach.
Several restaurants in the close neighborhood.
Tidy lobby, easy to find building.
Coffee maker and the fridge inside the room.
The room had a smell, not cleaned carpets, stained sofa, the doors had a 10cm hole from the floor. Extremely loud air conditioner with only on and off function. Baby crib was broken, metal and old. No noise isolation from the corridor or other rooms, can hear the smallest sneeze. Two out of three elevators not functioning, every time we had to wait 5-10 minutes to commute (it will take additional 5 minutes to get to the top floors).

Great location. Free parking. Beach equipment. Small but clean comfy rooms. LOVED the wall mounted shampoo and body soap! I'd go back!

I liked the pool and barbecue area also liked that we were given beach chairs and towels it was convenient to take to the beach location was everything we wanted
Next time I will get a room facing the street our room was facing the parking lot

Fantastic location, basically across from the Hilton Village, the beach and lagoon were so close, we were provided deck chairs and towels so was great. Lobby had a water cooler so never had to buy water. Easy walk to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre which was vast.
Make sure you ask for a balcony not the Juliet. However we had been given a free upgrade to a Sea View so it was a small price to pay. The place is a little dated however I got the impression the whole of Honolulu was like that. Certainly didn’t regret booking this place.

The hotel rooms are owned by individual investors. This toom was more worn than previous. The room price continues to rise decreasimg value for money criteria. $300/ nite is too high. They need to find bwtter price point

Being in Waikiki, the location was great, a short walk to the conference centre and the beach. The room was okay, with a comfortable bed and access to US TV channels. The personnel were pleasant and helpful. There was a paid self-service laundry on the premises, which was convenient.
The hotel was somewhat outdated and did not offer housekeeping services. During our 6-day stay, the pool was closed for two days, while the gym was small and felt too stuffed to use.

The bed was comfortable. The location was reasonable, we were able to get the trolly bus outside reception which was very handy. a short walk to the beach and shopping centre. the room was a good size for two people, not that you would spend much time in the room when you have lots of exploring to do. breakfast at the IHop downstairs was also a bonus. Would have liked a discount voucher through the Motel though.
The pool was dull should have a bit more atmosphere with some plants and lighting. Did not need many of the facilities though as there was alot of other attractions to see.

Proximity to the beach was amazing! Friendless of staff was appreciated. Cleanliness of the building, including elevator, rooms, parking garage and surrounding area was exceptional! In and around the hotel was safe.
I think the parking cost is too much due to the fact that there aren’t a lot of available parking spots to choose from unless you go to the top of the parking garage.

The staff were fantastic and assisted us with early check in which after a long overnight flight was much appreciated.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. Good location, for us.
The air conditioning was rather noisy.
