Comfortable

It was very clean and welcoming.

I was told my receipt would be ready and it is now 10:14 pm and my $100.00 holding fee has not be reissued to my checking account. I have no receipt yet.

Great stay for a great price.

It was at a great location. It was next to tons of shops and food, plus it was really close to a giant mall and our Location. They had a full breakfast also! I'm talking the works, eggs, pancakes, waffles. Not to mention they are the only black owed quality inn and suites! I loved that. Will definitely stay again.

My only complaint is the carpet could be changed it was pretty wore down in spots and the shower head could use an upgrade.

The bathrooms were disgusting and falling apart. The thing to flush the toilet was loose, there were bugs in the lights and the toilet paper holder fell off of the wall

We booked our stay just two hours before checkin time due to a change of plans. I needed two rooms next to each other on the first floor because my mom does not do stairs well. We had already been assigned an upper floor but the general manager took the time to shift things around to make sure we got what we needed. Checkin was so smooth and we got to our rooms to find them exceptionally clean and wonderful. We had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast the next morning to find the same general manager greeting everyone with a huge smile and helping everyone get their breakfast and coffee. She made sure the tables were clean, she made all the waffles to avoid any contamination and stressed how important it was to use the tongs associated with each dish. She was so professional and firm, yet friendly and inviting. It made our one night stay so pleasant and I would most definitely return!

Definitely coming back

The place was a little dated. The overall experience was great. The staff and owner were very friendly and made us feel at home. We received a free breakfast and the food was delicious.

The bed was a little hard but not bad.

I do not recommend anyone to stay at this dirty hotel.

The staff were very friendly.

The carpet was very dirty it made my feet black. The toilet didn't flush correctly . The bed was very uncomfortable. The only reason I stayed there was because my money was unrefundable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the bathroom walls looked like they were falling apart.

Pleasant

The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible by upgrading our room from the one we had to book online. We were originally staying in a 1 king bed room with 4 people thinking we could just squeeze the kids in with us. She said, no way and gave us a double queen room instead!

Rooms could use some updating and a better deep clean.

Quick trip to Atlantic City

Staff was amazing,owner was on premises and made us feel super welcome. The owner was there to greet us and constantly checked in to make sure our stay was effortless. This is a black-owned hotel I wish they would advertised it on Google.

The only complaints I have is that booking.com has this place listed as pet friendly-thank god I called to confirm awhile before my check-in date made arrangements for my dog.

The property was clean but get the homeless out.

it was clean. It had a variety of breakfast foods.

it looked as if homeless people were stationed there. there was a sign on the staircase asking firsts not to hang wet clothes on the railings of the staircase. people were hanging out and sitting in front of the doors of their rooms.

Hospitality is everything! Keep up the great work ladies!!!! Breakfast was great and the rooms are extra clean.. Comfy bed and the pool was open!!! I would defiantly come back

Overall it was a nice stay.

The AC stopped working we had to tell the property manager to have someone take a look. And we came across a cockroach on our ceiling.
