COMFORTABLE BED
THE OUTSIDE WAS NOT CLEAN. TOO MANY PEOPLE HANGING OUTSIDE MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE
3.3
Very clean! The beds were comfortable. Rooms are large and everything looked exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
3.3
The price was low, and for a one night quick visit it felt like a good deal. The online pictures looked nice. While we had to wait about 5 minutes for the front desk clerk, he was nice and helpful.
The room was very very small and there was a terrible oder. The tub didn't drain and the sink didn't drain.
3.3
Location was good. Bed was comfy and cozy. Room was clean and property was safe and outside was clean. Had good stay.
3.3
Easy access to interstate
Clean,comfortable and quiet

Clean room and wonderful staff.
Office chair in the room needed to put in the dumpster.
3.3
The staff was helpful, the location was good. It was clean and quiet.
It was a little old and worn looking
3.3
The staff and the host were very really courteous and they extended a warm welcome and upgraded my room at no extra cost
They also ensured cleanliness everyday. It’s a good place and I recommend it.
I stayed in other hotels nearby but the service there was really poor. Big names there but zero service
All good. I am not sure if they have breakfast as I always eat outside at other places
3.3
Excellent service from staff. Room are nice, clean and comfy. Smell freshly. No issue at all I would recommend this place for anyone.
3.3
Clean room. Friendly staff.
3.3
My husband and I stayed one night with our dog — our room was very comfortable and clean; check in was very efficient.
3.3
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Outside is spotless no complain at all. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. I would come back if I am in town again.
3.3
Nothing. Had to wait for desk person to show up after midnight. The office was closed. Had to.use a.side door talk tbrough glass.window since the phone did not work. Then the clerk signed my.credit card
Everything. Rooms smelled of mold and smoke. Cock roaches in the room. Linen did not look clean. Hallways were dirty, trash barrels in walkway. Bathrooms were dirty. Sink was clog.
3.3
Did not have breakfast.
Exterior and room space

The parking lot was clean and free of debris. The check in process went off without a hitch, (I reserve through the Redroof app). My room was very clean, there was a very comfortable bed and nice pillows. All the stated amenities were available, such as the microwave, and small refrigerator. My climate control worked well, and the front desk staff was friendly. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. Price is really 👍
3.3
Convenience of the location
At first, they couldn't find my reservation, then I had a man outside my room pacing in front of my door on the phone. It made me nervous. You could tell they tried to fix up the room, but cheaply

Hotel charged over 3x normal rate because was graduation weekend. Plain greed. Hotel was only barely worth regular rate. Long hairs found on pillows.
3.3
location is close to UofI
it’s an outdoor motel, meaning all rooms are accessed from outside. room was small and had a terrible smell. we paid thru the nose for this space ($400+ per night, 2 nights required) for Graduation weekend, for a room that normally rents for $70 per night. AVOID, especially on big weekends at the University.
3.3
nothing!
we’re there for graduation. the price was a rip off.. not sure how you justify charging $386 for a night .. just taking advantage of parents trying to attend Judd’s graduation. room was booked as non-smoking but the room we got reeked of smoke!! the hand towels were so bad that in bought some from Walmart!!
3.3
The room was very clean. The facility in nice condition for a motel. The location was convenient. It was quieter than expected.
The room stunk like mildew and old cigarettes when I put the A/C on. There is no lid on the toilet in the tiny bathroom. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. The towels are tiny and threadbare.
3.3
Absolutely nothing. Since booking I thought it would be a nice hotel but it gave motel vibes and they require $100 deposit upon checking in. Get to the room and it immediately made me itch and start checking for roaches and of course they had roaches. I am expecting a full refund in 3-5 business days literally not worth $171.19. Worse choice of my life and a huge waste of money.
The room smelled and upon arrival it gave a very dingy appearance they are truly lying about to photos on booking.com. The room was dirty and of course they had roaches. This is completely unacceptable and I really dislike I have to go sit 3-5 business days for my money back.

I went by review I had read online and boy am I glad I did. This hotel from the service to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the style and the peaceful atmosphere was that of a 3 star hotel costing four times what I paid. But really folks. There was a spotless fridge and microwave. Two soft double beds with nice crisp sheets and pillowcases, nothing threadbare as I've had at other hotels costing over hundreds of dollars, nice soft towels and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was just coffee, juice, and muffins but for price they basically bought me Denny's so I was okay. I will be staying there again. I highly highly recommend this place. Save your money and stay here too because this hotel compares to if not beats many 3 star hotels in the area.
3.3
The hotel is easy to get to and easy to park. The room was very clean and comfortable!! It has basically everything - coffee maker, fridge, microwave for a quick fix. Checking in and out was easy, the staff were very helpful, let me know everything clearly. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

quite and wonderfully located
not enough towels and they were hard. Needs a lil updating in the handicap accessible bathroom
3.3
Nothing.
Just a big NO. Dirty. Smoke smelling. Lock half attached to wall. Big Gross! Did not feel safe on so many levels.

We slept good and loved the mattress. It was close to where we needed to be and quiet at night.
