Ok but not

The beds were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. The location was perfect. The staff was extremely courteous, accommodating and professional. The staff made the stay worth staying there.

There was a strange smell to the hotel as soon as you walked in, wasnt sure if it was cleaning solotion, the bathroom had mildew in the shower, it needed repairs to the door jam & ceiling, the shower water smelled badly, never got warm nor hot, the floor around the sink needed repairing, the desk chair arm was broken, the rooms were not sound friendly, the guests in the adjoining room conversations could be heard clearly as if in the room with us, there was not enough variety for breakfast

Nice stay

The bed was amazing. The in-room hot tub was nice.

Long walk to the elevator. Only 2 towels, which I could have asked for more, just didn't want to deal with it

I would rethink before I stayed here again

Location

We had to be out of our room for more than 12 hours while they fixed the ceiling that started falling in the middle of the night and they never offered to place us in another room or anything just told us they would get it fixed when they could

Great Stay for a Great Price

I booked the king hot tub suite & a double bed suite. The hot tub was the best part of our stay. Hubby and I both enjoyed it. The kids loved their room as well. We were celebrating our son's birthday and everything was perfect.

The only downside was the long walk from the front to our room since there was only an elevator on the front end of the facility. Let's just say my ankles and back both needed the hot tub!

Pleasantly surprised

Our first at Sleep inn, pleasantly surprised the room was just like online pictures. Could tell it was an old building but good renovations. Housekeeping need to pay more attention w/ cleaning underneath ac unit, desk.

I had a pleasant stay

We got there in the evening and was very tired, there were a few close places to choose to eat and we didn't have far to drive. The place was quite, I really like that.

Was ok but not great

We liked the location everything was convenient

The bathroom shower rod was broken, every time we left are room there was a weed smell my kids shouldn't have to breathe that in especially when it's a non smoking building, not much staff around and breakfast wasn't that great we ended up at McDonald's.. but other then that it was ok..

The room was too small because they said the bed was a queen, but they were full-size beds. The floor was very slippery to the point that my mother had a hard time standing. They said the room temperature should stay at 68, which was too cold for my elderly mother. When we returned back to the room, after being out all day, the room was not clean during the day. The trash was still there, and we had no clean towels. It was a terrible experience. I will not be staying there again.

Terrible service, they never came to clean my room the whole 3 days I was there. The room was dirty and the light was flickering in the room. It’s was suppose to be queen bed but it was a full.

Literally every, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemies.

Very good deal for a short Hampton Roads visit.

The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was very congenial and helpful. We also liked their new coffee dispenser; it started with a concentrated coffee stream which was then diluted to normal strength with additional hot water. However, since I like a stronger coffee, I removed my cup before the dilution weakened it. Nice.

The elevator was out so we requested a ground floor room. The side exit door did not lock properly all of the time so the security was weak.

The pool.

The elevator was not working. N they gave me a room up stairs. One of the entrance door was broken so anybody could walk in. It was no chairs to sit outside after the pool was closed. Shady people was staying there. Some of the staff seem creepy.

Young lady with cleaning team was very nice. Front desk staff Teresa was very very nice and pleasant.

This hotel is only good for the location Very deceiving description oof the room and hotel advertised outside. Complained to the manager of the hotel of the itchy room and was told he could not accommodate me complaints should be made 5 mins are checking in. I was bitten by some sort of bug on my neck and was seen by a doctor who stated it was a type of bed bug

The bathroom was so small and dirty, the room stank so bad we had to spraying deodorant to make it bearable. The sheets were stained and the pillows smelled bad. The bed was totally uncomfortable. The worst hotel ever.

Not pleased at all for this to be a newly renovated facility

Location was ok … that’s just about it

Website pics are deceiving, bathroom in a closet , beds should be a queen , rTV super small , no towel hooks to hung your towels

Very courteous and professional

The breakfast was good and the worker was very nice and professional. Everyone was very courteous and professional!!

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was not as strong.

Ample space, refrigerator, comfy bed

Staff person at front desk was on the phone yelling at a customer about a lost cellphone. He was rude and mean. Not a great way to greet in-coming guests! Floor was dirty, only one tiny trashcan, space looked like a rough patch job at best -- rusted fixtures and chair, paint chipping. Thin walls. For newly renovated, this room was not to par. The area around this hotel was sketchy at best. A lot of foot traffic that looked mostly like vagarants

A HOTT MESS!!! (202)

The sign said renovated rooms... OhYEAH!!!! Other people must've got those rooms!!!! I don't know about your stay but My room was a HOTTTT MESS..the AC did NOT work properly...It was on 61 all day and it still was not cold in that room...the bathroom lights were AWEFUL (1 light over the toilet)could barely see was it a 20 watt bulb...No light over the mirror like most hotels have... the drawers wouldn't stay closed, the frig was dirty the mirror was dirty, cigarette burns on tub,the remote was dated,the walls,the doors..this room is a TOTAL MESS!!!.this room clearly was NOT RENOVATED!!!! I'm the Dumb one I should've checked right back out!!!! SMHH!!!
