Très bon emplacement
La climatisation était face au lit et nous recevions l’air directement sur le visage

In center of town, easy parking, very cute

I love the location and the proximity to everything
The thin walls- I could hear everything our neighbors were saying and vice versa.
The most annoying thing was our next door neighbors stupid dog barking all night and morning- it almost made us leave

Located in a prime spot amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Wine Valley, the Wine Valley Inn holds promise as a comfortable retreat. Nestled in an area teeming with bars and restaurants, its location is undoubtedly its strongest asset, offering easy access to the local scene.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the room was immediately apparent. The space was tidy, and the hardwood floors lent a touch of elegance to the ambiance. However, this charm was dampened by the unwelcome intrusion of noise from the room above. It seemed that the lack of supervision led to restless children indulging in nocturnal activities, causing disturbances throughout the night. Despite reaching out to the front desk for assistance, the respite provided was short-lived, leaving a sense of frustration and fatigue.
Nevertheless, the friendly demeanor of the front desk staff offered a glimmer of hospitality amidst the challenges faced. Additionally, the breakfast spread provided a much-needed reprieve, boasting hot eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, and pastries that satisfied the palate.
Despite these shortcomings, the Wine Valley Inn benefits from its strategic location, shielding guests from the hustle and bustle of the main road while facilitating easy exploration of nearby attractions. However, improvements in noise management, amenities provision, and connectivity are crucial to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a restful stay for future visitors.
Our stay in the adjacent building proved inconvenient as the promised Wi-Fi failed to reach this area, depriving us of essential connectivity. The absence of basic amenities like robes, lotion, and cotton balls was disappointing, and the provision of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in minuscule proportions from dispensers further detracted from the overall comfort.

The hotel is located in the center of town, close to everything.
The air conditioning unit was too loud, and its location relative to our bed is annoying.

Su precio y su ubicación
Que reservas y te envían a tu habitación que está en un edificio de un lado que está feo y que siempre las 24 horas se escuchan los motores creo de los aires

- I love the outside look of the hotel and the pictures they post on Booking.com but not the real room.
- The front desk staff - Shelly (who helped me change rooms) is really helpful, somebody needs to give the girl a raise.
- Breakfast is great, friendly breakfast staff
- We booked the Queen room and it was super small with one window facing the opposite room. We can hear noises coming from all sides especially from upstairs. We had a really bad night sleep.
- The front desk staff who checked us in was so not helpful. It's obvious that she doesn't care about her job or us.
I feel like we stay in a Motel quality hotel with a cute exterior.

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable.

location is excellent, very nice looking property and pretty comfy rooms. Good continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. Excellent choice for a good price!
very small bathroom with sink outside in the living room, not very convenient.

The room was nice and cozy, and the bottle of red wine in the room was a nice touch to kick off our Solvang/Los Olivos weekend. My husband had a late morning zoom meeting and we were accommodated with a late check-out which was much appreciated.

Location is great a little walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

We could walk to areas close by and enjoy the great weather. Cleanliness of your town and variety of
places to eat.
Seating at the trolley was sideways, which made it difficult to see the sights. The tour guide and driver were
friendly and courteous.

the bed was very uncomfortable and my view was of bird poop all on the roof

room 34 was good until neighboring rooms flushed or ran their water. The noise was unbelievable.

location
we are a couple an hour late 70s and 80s, they originally put us in a room with two sets of stairs that we would’ve had to navigate. When they change this, they gave us a very small row still having two steps. for an older couple the bathroom was very dangerous. The commode was sitting on a little 6 inch pedestal with very little room for your feet and very difficult to stand up as it was close to the shower. We

Breakfast was amazing for the value! Very clean, we had a quiet room with no foot traffic and the decor was so cute.
I'm not very tall (5'6"), and maybe this was just us but the bed felt really short. Maybe it was all the pillows? Our feet hung off the bed.

Our room was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The neighbors above were very noisy.
