Clean and comfortable we had two king beds in our double room.
Had some weird guy on staff standing and staring at my girls he asked both of them for their phone numbers at different times. He definitely gave a creep vibe. Also breakfast is a joke and is over at 9am.

I liked the location, the cost of the rooms,, access to the beach, and nearnest to some good local resturants.
Breakfast offering was weak.

La dame à la réception a été très compréhensive. La vue de la terrasse est imprenable, l'accès plage et la piscine très bien. Les lits king size très confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen mais il n'était pas prévu donc bonne surprise au final.

It was right on the beach.
And we could go to beach anytime.
Our room was 208 and right over the hotel laundry room.

Hot tub
Closed bar for light shower that lasted five minutes
Staff is rude and doesn’t answer phone
We missed breakfast but literally two minutes and she wouldn’t even let me get yogurt for my kids. Such a horrible experience. I have pictures of the very outdated room as well.

room: Super comfortable beds (we got 2 Kings, instead of the 2 Queens we reserved) with nice bedding and pillows. We heard virtually zero noise from other rooms during our stay, and the beach view was rather lovely. Kitchenette was functional, but we didn't really use it, other than the regular-sized fridge/freezer. (there was also a 2 burner stove, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, various utensils, flatware, and silverware)
Bathroom was large and had some ADA accommodations (wide door, low vanity) (was not a special request, so possibly just how all the bathrooms are?)
Beach access was very close with a coded gate right from the pool area, (down a flight of steps to the beach)
Staff were friendly and helpful at every interaction.
Parking for single vehicle was right in front of the hotel and easy to access (and included in price of room)
No major complaints, but if you want to know my smallest nitpicks:
Room was definitely worn a bit (stainless steel fridge had pronounced rust covering maybe 20% of the front of the fridge, cracked tiles, TV had been replaced with smaller dresser-top model and old wall mounts were still visible. One curtain pull-rod was missing, etc. ) Nothing that affected functionality, but if you want the room to be fancy, this wasn't.
Pool area looked like it was half-renovated maybe, lots of areas that looked like they should have landscaping, but were just large dirt patches, so again, nothing functionally broken, just not attractive. It may be that they were in progress of replacing it?? but we saw no evidence of ongoing work
Also in the pool area was a Tiki bar, it had beer and very limited mixed drinks, but no ability to charge to room, which would have been nice for a pool bar, but more annoyingly, when I did get my credit card, there is no way to tip the bartender with the card, that was cash only.
No room for a second car on the property. There was a parking lot across the street that apparently did not tow despite a sign declaring no overnight parking (if you're into gambling), or there is a lot further north up the beach (if you wanted to be safe)

Staff was nice. Decent value for price. Right on the beach. Pool area could have been a touch cleaner. They are updating the rooms, but there are a few things that still need to be attended to. Overall good stay, would stay again.

Spectacular view! Being right on the beach was very nice. Pool and hot tub were maintained well. Staff were very friendly. Mark, the manager, was very attentive and is very friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. If you love being able to walk out of the hotel directly onto the beach then this place is for you.

I loved the how comfy the bed and comforter were. The view was wonderful as well!
The floors seemed dirty. There is no gym, no restaurant, and the "bar" was closed. The pool and hot tub, from our balcony view looked very dirty so we decided not use.

The room had a lovely view of the ocean. The manager, Marc Johnson was amazing! He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful with recommendations, supplying extra towels, and meeting all our needs.
The woman at the front desk who checked us in could have been more friendly. Later we asked her for clean towels, and she wrote the information down however, we did not receive the towels and asked the manager for them later. He retrieved them promptly. The only other problem was that there was sand on the floor when we arrived. We just dealt with that.
