I intend to stay there again during future visits to the Festival City!

The room was very clean, spacious, odor-free and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient and exceeded expectations when they found I had accidentally left my laptop in one of the dresser drawers and set it aside for safekeeping until I could retrieve it. Later that evening, before I left Stratford, it was waiting for me there. Words cannot express how pleased I was with their diligence and honesty,

The driveway needs some repair. This may be planned as other renovations were being conducted elsewhere on the property.

Overpaid accommodations for a Disappointing stay

The front staff( one man) was friendly. Once we were given a room, see below re: What we didn't like, the room was all right.

We were given Rm 158. When we walked into the room we could immediately see that the bed had been slept in. Also, the bathroom was dirty and someone's used bar of soap and towels were lying around. We walked back to the front desk and were told that the man, working the front desk, would personally check that the room was cleaned. After waiting 30 minutes, we were given Room 115. This room had a king sized bed which was an upgrade. When my husband entered the shower, he noticed a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower. So, obviously this bathroom had not been cleaned either!!!!!! That is totally unacceptable and I will not be returning. The gardening/landscaping was negligible. Overall, much improvement required. I would never recommend this hotel.

Free Mould Included - Stay Away

The bathroom was Filled with mould! The ceiling above the toilet was leaking and dripping water. The room was dirty and smelled horrible

Disappointed and overpriced

We had called the hotel directly and were advised that we could have early checkin. Upon arriving the room was not ready until 2:50 (10 min before regular check in time) the reason for our stay was a wedding had we known that early check in was not going to be accommodated we would have made alternate arrangements.

Pleasant

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Building is a little run down with weeds around the building and wear in edges and trim inside. Floors very noisy, as we heard every step as people walked around. We could see that an effort has been made to keep things clean and hygienic.

I told my company president,"Will you ever sleep on a bed that has bugs under pillow with cockroach"

Worst hotel i EVER had a stay in. I never worte a review but you need to rebuild this hotel or just find a different management to control this. Yes, saving money is one thing but not like this.

I been traveling to different hotels for last 5 years. This was the WORST hotel i ever got. Sink Clogged, changing room in middle of night. 2nd room, BLACK BUG under my pillow. cockroaches in washroom. after 2 days, i still have rash on shoulder from this stay. The smell was worst when you walk into the room. This was not only me who saw these things. My colleagues also have these things in there rooms.

Our stay although just one night was peaceful and everything that a guest required was available.

This facility was exceptional. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and professional. Will stay here in the future.

Poor

Nothing. It was shelter for the night.

The place is super run down, and old. The bathroom fan sounded like a rocket taking off, the wallpaper was peeling, the whole place smelled musty. We were told the indoor pool wasn't open yet for the season, so cannot comment on those facilities, but I probably wouldn't have used it after seeing the room condition.

Staff was lovely hotel is a dump

the cleanliness was ok

The landscaping hasn’t been touched. weeds everywhere. Grass hadn’t been cut. Garbage lay outside on the grass in front of one of the rooms. The front of the building looks like it’s s abandoned because of the overgrown vegetation. The second level tunnel that connects to the newer building is dented and damaged. It needs spit and polish. I couldn’t believe the quality of the towels and Kleenex. I thought I was in Cuba! my son wanted to leave as soon as we drove up to the place. I had to convince him to stay. Its sad. I may have been under the impression that a Quality Inn had a good reliable standard. If you think “ what do you expect for that money?” you are delusional. We are well travelled people and money can go with the flow. I would expect this from a privately held business not a Quality Inn franchise holder. I will definitely never return to a Quality Inn.

The mattress was on 2 box springs and lifted at the feet...box apring was smaller than a queen. Room smelled musty. A lot of money for a few hours of aleep.

Disappointing

Quite location and friendly staff.

Room was not straightened up between nights.(2 night stay). Had to ask for more coffee for the next morning. Was told hotel had a hot tub. Gone for over 2 years

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

The staff was downright rude. Treated my husband and I like we were 5 year olds. Changed the deposit amount to 250 cash plus credit card on file. Which when i stayed there a month ago for my wedding there was no issues. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE

It's a nice place to stay, could use some updating and refreshing.

The location was very convenient and affordable

The bathroom was dirty especially the shower. There were things stuck to the walls in the shower which I'm assuming are from previous guests and so I had to clean the shower walls since I didn't want that in there while using myself.

Lack of continental breakfast. A 250 dollar deposit is on the highside. Took far to long to be released back onto my cteditcard

Worked great for the reason for our visit to Stratford

Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast in the solarium, waitress/cook was very cordial.

i love the pool.

the property is not in good shape. The paint was peeling in our room, the fan didn’t work in the bathroom and the ceiling in the bathroom had tons of stains (mold?)
