The quietness and the beauty of nature, the beach close by, the owners are outgoing, wonderful people who value their guest, nice chats, excellent breakfast, made with love
The shower was very small and hot or cold but not a big issue, at a certain time we made it work the way we wanted

location was lovely
sorry that breakfast was unavailable, we understand why

Beautiful building and views of the surrounding area. Good location for access to Rondeau Park and the beaches there.
There is no sound insulation between the floors of the main building. I could hear every word a couple in the room above mine were saying late into the night. They were speaking in German, so I didn't understand what they were saying, but it could have been embarrassing if I had understood them ...

The breakfast was really good. The location is awesome!

Peaceful environment, amazing for bird lovers! Conservation area across the street, Rondeau park a little ways down the street.
The breakfast was amazing! The best breakfast we've ever had at a bnb. Our hosts were super friendly. Super comfortable bed and couch. We had a room with 2 balconies - 1 in front & 1 in back. The sunset was absolutely beautiful to watch in back! We will definitely come back!! :)
This does not reflect our stay or the bnb. The price we paid on booking.com was more expensive than if we would have booked directly through our hosts. So that is one thing we will do differently in the future.

The location, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Hosts were gracious and accommodating. Food was delicious. Hosts provided indoor bike storage. Location 2km from park entrance made daily biking a pleasure.
Access to the common kitchen and appliances was a real bonus. Thanks again Joanne and Lloyd.
No complaints.

Our hosts were wonderful, explained everything we should know about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a large spacious room with a walkout balcony with a view of the water. The room and bathroom were very clean. The view outside was wonderful, we enjoyed listening and watching the birds. The breakfast was really nice and was brought to our room. We felt very spoiled. Thank you
Noise carried through the house, so we needed to be more courteous to this fact but we were looking for the quietness since we have a hectic schedule at home. The wifi wasn't the greatest, we were told it would be spotty but once you settle in and relax it's not to bad not having it.

This is a wonderful b&b and the hosts - Joanne and Lloyd - will delight you with a yummy breakfast, as well as with cozy and spotless rooms.
The location is very close to the beach and also to the Rondeau park - you can stroll, you can bike or you can hike - lots of options to choose from.
Joanne was very kind to offer tips for what to do and where to eat in the area.
Being a log house, the floors don’t have much sound insulation.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, which was perfectly equipped for our needs, from a very comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen. And - the breakfast that we had each morning was fabulous and hearty. This was our second stay, and we hope to come again.

The owners. God bless them

The owner was friendly and pleasant
There was no wifi at any time, although it was advertised as being part of the arrangement. The price did not reflect the quality of the room, exspecially since there was a big mud crater outside the entrance to our room due to renovations on the property. The furnishings were more motel quality rather than a higher priced B&B. It was fine for one night but I had expected something nicer for the price.

Breakfast is delicious! Bed is super comfortable. All appliances work fine. Fridge is large. Wooden intetior is cool. Car is parked really close to the room.
The windows shall stay shut for privacy. Wifi can not reach the room. Showers are asked to be brief. Groceries accessible by car only.
