Disaster

The beds was comfortable

The dirty floors and the pool was a horrible experience Fri and sat nights. We called for someone to come settle down the roudy parties and nobody came my granddaughter ended up with a bloody nose.

Small rooms, no place for luggage

Staff was friendly. Maintenance helped right away when a breaker in our room blew; the reset in the room didn't work so he fixed it elsewhere and was fast and friendly. Close to Schottenstein was nice too!

The room was very small and it was hard to move around especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. We had to move furniture all over just to be able to move through the room, even then it was super tight. There was really no place to put luggage; no dresser, no closet, no luggage stand; the bathroom and kitchen counter spaces were too small to utilize or to sit anything on either. The light over the bed wasn't working and there was no large/ overhead light in the living space, was just small lamps. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and we had to sleep with our heads on the high side (the foot side) due to the mattress slanting dowm towards the sofa end where you would normally lay your head. The bathroom door would not stay open and would slam shut on it's own. No trash bags in the cans and the insides of them were dirty and gross. At night there was only a few parking spots left after attending our event: lot was almost completely full! Also, the backdoor was not locked when we came in late at night, seemed unsafe that anyone could walk in the back doors without a key.

it was OK but could have been better.

Location fit my destination, staff was friendly, beds comfortable, no charge for parking, use of card for security of elevator a good feature, temperature thermostat worked well, hot water was hot and ran with force

Noisy elevator and highway nearby, toilet was very low to sit on, my wake up call never happened, had nowhere to put luggage, I had to plug the telephone in, did not like the soap and shower dispenser system as this was basically public and not sanitary, smoke detectors in the room were not flashing indicating they needed batteries or were obsolete, alarm clock in room did not function well

Great location and Great Staff!

Location, Staff, Amenities and the room was gorgeous and very modern.

The Elevators ; doors shut way too fast and the whole having to use your room key to operate was a headache.

One of the best places we've stayed

We got a late start, I let them know we wouldn't be there until 1 am, not a problem. We arrived a little after 1, the check in was fast and easy. The girl at the desk was happy and friendly. Gave us a gift bag with water, sweet treats and complimentary meal tickets. The room was very nice, comfortable and Great to relax after being on the road most of the day.

We didn't have any issues. As I said we got there late, had to park at the very back of the lot, but it was very well lit.. No problems.

Need to make some major updates

The location was ok. It looked like it was nice in its prime.

The facility was run-down and dirty. Our room smelled super musty and the doors/walls were beat up.

Staff was very nice had a few ups and downs with elevators not working but staff was exceptional. Nicole was great to help with anything needed. Sharon was also great at helping with all needs and issues

Children being left unattended by parents,resulting in kids running up and down stairs and all in the hallways.

It was decent.

The staff (front desk receptionist/servers at the bar) were very friendly staff. And the indoor/outdoor pool were great.

Our room was small we thought it would have been bigger for the room we paid for. We were placed at the end of the hallway were the ceiling had a hole and they used cans to catch the water leak.

They charge for coffee in the morning and the restaurant was understaffed I felt bad for the workers but they handled everything very well!

Nice place to stay in Worthington. Well behaved pets welcomed.

The rooms are updated and clean, very comfortable. Great location near freeway access in Worthington but no noise. Has nice pool and workout area. Restaurant on site for those who don't want to venture out, but there are plenty of places near by to either order ahead for carry out or dine out as well.

The room was better than i expected. The bartender Tracy was great !!!

The lobby and otger areas was uncomfortably cold. The staff was wearing coats to work. There was no guide nor info option on the TV. It was annoying having too Google or guess the movie that was playing at the time.
