The best part was the location. It was right next to everything in Denver!

The room was so dirty walking barefoot our feet turned black, you had to pay for having more than two towels and was expected to wash your own towels if you don’t pay for their service fee. I had four people with me and paid and was still expected to use only two towels to share.

I defiantly got my money's worth, Finish the upgrades and all floors will be great.

The renovation on the 1st floor was great, I like that they put hard floors instead of carpet, so much cleaner. The water pressure was great and they had a shower massager which felt so good. It was very clean the staff was so nice, for the money I paid it was well worth it.

Nothing really, for the price I was very Happy.

The room itself was decent and everything appears to be in order and clean at you and the facilities even the luxury of cheaper laundry service than most however it's over ran with very questionable individuals smoking crack on the back step..

It appears to be a highway for a lot of drug activity and suspect for going on seems to get around prostitution and open drug use such as smoking foilis on the back s55tyyytep. yet they want to kick people out for stepping out their vehicle to partake in medical marijuana his mind blowing they choose to dictate somebody's prescribed medication but yet allow these people to continue to turn yet another decent hotel into a crakpad. In the worst part about it is there's a hobo camp directly next door and even caught one f****** looking in the window at my young child and watch them jumping faeince. When told management seemed not To new the issue

they had canceled us without notification

we arrived to a bunch of people with bags and several little kids running in the parking area. went in to check in with a confirmation # and was told we had been canceled because they had overbooked. No call, no message. we had to scramble to find another place. came from 4 hours away for a memorial service for my aunt.

Jake/Tatiana/Sarah/Cliff were great

Beds were broke/Roaches/dishonest & overzealous "onsite manager"/any complaint at all and she makes your stay a living hell. I actually recorded several conversations with her and have sent them to Choice Hotels. I have also sent the pictures of the roaches running to Jeffco Public Health & Jeffco Human Services. Hopefully JCHS does not send any more families in vouchers to that hotel. I also video recorded the noise her and her family make CONSTANTLY in her room. Housekeepers do a terrible job

Jake is amazing....he made the check in process easy. Being a single mom with little kids it's nice to see front desk staff (Jake) taking action to get unwanted individuals out and to keep the property safe.

Horrible!!!

The customer service was terrible. I accidentally locked myself out of my room late night. There is no staff overnight. There is an after hours number posted that I called several times and left 2 messages. I never received a call back or got any help. I had to sit outside of my room the whole night. When I did call that number it went straight to voicemail. The next day when I talked to the staff they at first said they didn't believe me and eventually dismissed me. Would not help me an anyway.

We are all going though hard times most people like to be to their selves manager watches every move you make made stay uncomfortable couldn't wait till time to move on. Also the cock roaches were a nice surprise

Someone knocking at my door in the wee hours, waffle sized stain and a year in the bedspread. The male that supposedly greeted me acted like he was being bothered. The male there the following morning was the only plus. The room was clean.
