Horrible

I liked nothing about the property. I checked in after 1 AM in the morning the first room the tub would not drain after unpacking everything going to the front desk and then having to pack everything back up, we get moved to another room and the toilet and the tub drain, but the bed was full of hair All types of blonde hair, black hair short hair long hair went downstairs asked for another blanket that had hair on it asked for another blanket that was delivered to the room and that had hair and blood on it. My experience at this hotel was nothing but horrible. Worst birthday trip.

Polecam personel bardzo miły dostępna pralnia z suszarką śniadania nie takie jak w PL :-) Ale dla dzieci oki.

byliśmy tam tydzień i jedynie co mam do zarzucenia to pokój był tylko raz sprzątany ,w innych hotelach codziennie był sprzątany

Fair hotel, would not stay

They didn’t refill the coffee or shampoo and so little was given to begin with. They seemed bothered when you asked for them.

Our stay might be better if we were placed in a room out of the main area.

Location was good

Very loud. No curfew and the people were up all night talking outside our room, air conditioner rattled throughout the night and no water for the Keurig.

Pretty good place for a one-nighter.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The gift shop was amazing!!!

The room smelled of smoke. We didn't get directions to the room and it took us a bit to find it. The check-in clerk was not the friendliest, but that just might be Chicago.

Could not sleep the first night with lights from the courtyard in my face.

Window shades in room broken and open half way. Staff did not respond to my inquiry. I was told I had to wait until 7:30 the next morning and talk to the manager.

Don’t stay here, they steal from you and the appliances in rooms don’t work

The room was fine.

The maids came in when I was gone to clean and they literally stole from me! My phone charger was on the table plugged in and I came back and it was gone. My $50 charger. And my bags were gone through! Who knows what else they took. I always put the thing on the door so they don’t come in and I totally forgot. If you stay here do NOT let them come in!

Beautiful room, friendly staff, pool, hot were all great reasons to come back to Holiday Inn Skokie.

Most hotels of this price have a free breakfast and Skokie, IL Holiday Inn did not. If there were more choices in the area, I would have booked somewhere else with free breqkfast. Would have been a better value for me. I did like that there is a Keurig in my room.

At 7 AM, I asked for towels instead of a room cleaning and the desk worker suggested I come back after my workday to request them. And I said, that is why I am here now. Some in customer service need to seek ways to make it convenient for the customer. Just saying.

The only thing that was liked was Stephanie the lady that was doing breakfast Very very nice.

Everything pretty much The room was dirty We didn't have a t.v remote till the last day The floors was dirty We had a hole in the wall, the door stopper from the bathroom door was broken, the light switch cover was broken., The housekeeper that came in while we was gone took the money that was in the room. The bathroom floor was disgusting, the bathroom sink didn't close like I was just straight open so the water went down we need it to close for a reason. The room was way smaller then expected, they had a event it was Infront of our room and they was loud kept my son up.

The parking was odd and a long ways from our room. Didn't appear a shorter way to park to carry luggage in.

I requested a king size bed when I put in the reservation but was told at check in that my reservation showed two full size beds. The desk clerk did change it to a king size beds for me.
