Buena calidad-precio no muy lejos del Strip

Habitación muy correcta para el precio pagado: buen tamaño, parecía limpia, utensilios de cocina suficientes... Tuve un problema porque arriba se quedaba una familia que no paraba de tocar los redondos con tanto ruido y la recepcionista me cambió la habitación a la segunda vez que me quejé.

En general fue todo bastante correcto.

Never again rules like ur a kid

It was clean quiet

The staff wasn't very nice .I had a friend of mine take my husband down medical supplies due to his illness and food so he could eat and have his bandages changed and the staff stopped her and sent her away telling her it was to late for her to be there we rented a suite to have a relaxing stay cation and it was all wrong stressful and just wasn't nice we also asked for smoking room si he started smoking noticed no ashtrays but yall was already charging 150 so he figured if he was paying for it he would keep smoking so wasn't happy from the Starr

The property itself is in a great location and is easy to access although the lot is awkward

For the money you spend, a Resort/Casino is worth the money. The room was constantly hot and has a motion based Air Conditioning system. The Air was loud and made it hard to sleep. The floor was buckled in the kitchen area and the furniture was extremely outdated and gave me a yard sale type of vibe. I’m also not a fan of housekeeping not cleaning the room during the stay. Means you have to go downstairs with your dirty towels and exchange them for clean ones.

Only one night so it was doable.

He other property First we thought we booked the other property only to discover it was the Convention area.

Thought we would get breakfast like the other property. For the amount of money we paid would have expected it.

Disappointing

The little cooking area

THE SECURITY DOORS WERE CONTINUALLY BROKEN. You either couldn't get in it couldn't get our HUGE SAFETY HAZARD plus, the trash cans were always leaking gunk and they were right next to the broken doors, so we're were continually walking in God knows what. Housekeeping in NON EXISTENT. Had housekeeper refuse to give me towels sending me to the front desk instead. Asking for supplies was a huge ordeal w them..

Booking.com did me during with this recommendation since my original booking hotel cancelled my stay

Room had two locks to the outside hall door but I still did not feel safe due to the connecting door in the room.

The location, the fact that my room had a connecting door and on the first floor. Traveling as two females, we did not feel safe in the hotel room and the location. The rating and the quality of the hotel room and the luxury of the hotel was worst than my originial booking, yet costed ALMOST $200 more for the weekend stay. I do not think it was worth that much to stay there, even with the refund that I am waiting to recieve for the inconvenient cancellation and rebooking... The service was mostly good, my check out lady on the right side of the front desk was very rude, checked me out and then said "youre checked out, what else do you need," while I was waiting for my invoice. The other lady at check out was much nicer and greeted us and said goodbye. The late night check in guy was nice as well.

Ok…

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping with palm trees. Staff was friendly. Free washers and dryers on each floor. Very close to airport and not too far (driving) from the strip. Stores and restaurants were close. Major stores were close driving distance. All very convenient.

The roaches being in the bathroom and in kitchen cabinets. I had to purchase bug spray. I made them aware at the front desk. The people above my room walked extremely hard all night. I complained and was told that it could be the hallway traffic…over my bed…smh. I was also told to call security when I heard any noise. I was there for 19 days. I paid upfront but couldn’t really rest at night. On the third floor , there is only 1 working washer and 2 working dryers out of 3 washers and 4 dryers.

not 5 star but got the job done. a cheap affordable place to stay. friendly staff

good price. we went with my in laws so the fact that there was a separate bedroom was very nice. I liked that there was a whole kitchen.

there was a opened left over package of food in the cabinet and a half used roll of toilet paper left for us to use. cabinets and drawers were broken and banged up.

My stay could have been a 10 if the water was on when needed. Not recommending this hotel

I liked the rate of the stay, it was also very close to the strip.

I did not like that one day we had no water for almost 12 hours. I was not able to shower for a long time nor brush my teeth. It was a real inconveniece.

The free laundry, although 2 of the 3 washers were broken.

Where do I begin? The fees charged: $30 for a 1 hr early check in, $10/day for parking, $75 for a 3 night pet fee, the luggage carts were locked up due to their being stolen. There were 2 homeless men on the property, with one of them being shirtless and dumpster diving! I had nothing but issues with my key card not working and needing to make several repeated attempts to open the various doors.

Will not return.

Staff was super friendly.

Kitchen had 2 forks, 1 spoon, no pan. Key cards consistently did not work. Hot tub was like warm, filthy and jets did not work. My daughter was locked in the stairwell 3 times because the lock on the doors was not functioning. not as advertised

loved it so did my son, we will be back

nice room , comfy bed, the windows opened I loved that. the tv channel selection was good as well and the convenient lil store came really handy when I cam down with a toothache

they could give you atleast one more pot or skillet for the smaller suites kitchen . but other than that it was fine .

Trashy hotel with better pictures online than what was really there

The water was off for two days and they never warned us. They didn’t mention it when we checked in or when they shut it off again the following day. The place was nasty and they put my second group in the literal farthest room away even though there were closer rooms available.

Location was good. Dog friendly areas were convenient to my room.

Room had smoke residue. It Shoukd have been a non smoking room. Housekeeoing tried to mask it with room deodorizer! I could smell smoke in the air conditioner. The $10 parking fee I think was unnecessary. Both sofa bed and queen bed were very lumpy. For the cost of the room it did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately I will not be coming back for a another stay. Lastly. I've stated at other Sonesta properties and breakfast is included. Thanks for the effort.
