the owner (Julie?) was the nicest lady ever! very accommodating!
it’s very far to the boardwalk/restaurants. which is fine, but expensive cab ride! we couldn’t seem to find any vending machines for water or anything 🤷♀️

Very friendly staff and clean room.
Couldn’t sleep as room was adjacent to a major highway. This was not a Villa, but an old Motel that had been renovated. Should have looked at all the photos and would have seen the outside of the building.

We were pleasantly surprised to see that this property has been completely renovated! The rooms are super cute, clean and a great size for a family of three. The full size fridge and stove was a bonus. The staff were so warm, helpful and accommodating. You cannot beat the location as they are right across from the beach and have a handy little underpass for people to access the beach without worrying about crossing the busy highway. We would absolutely stay again.

It was well kept and staff was great. The private beach access was great!

The owners are exceptional, very accommodating and friendly. The renovated rooms are quaint and well supplied. The bed was comfortable. There is a lovely garden area at the back of the property to enjoy. we were very pleased with our stay here.
Not much to note here. The property is by a highway but in evening it’s quiet. Water pressure seemed low but didn’t affect showering.
None of this would deter us from recommending.

Not too appealing from the outside but our room was lovely. New owners have taken great care with super comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Spotlessly clean with gilchrist and soames toiletries in the bathroom. Pleasant little garden area with bbq facilities for sitting out in the evening. Access to a lovely private beach right on the lakeside.
Not many places to eat in the area.

The new owner has plans for a needed refurb, which is already happening. Meanwhile the beds are comfortable and the shower is great. There is beach access and a lovely little park at the back.
I look forward to whisper silent aircon in due course. Bring earplugs! However, the suites themselves are well insulated and traffic noise is negligible.

The staff was very friendly. My room was private, quiet and comfortable. Nicely updated and decorated. I would definitely stay again!
The exterior looked outdated, but never judge a book by its cover! Need more care to the icy entrance.

we loved how comfy it was and the kitchen
we wish they had come in and cleaned or at least replenished stuff
I had to ask for more toilet paper on night 2 of 3 and clean towels

When I made a few requests on my first morning there, Brandon arrived within a few minutes with everything I had asked for!
Air conditioning was just a small unit in the front room and didn't really do much in the bedroom. The ceiling fan did help!

Rooms and facilities were in pristine, immaculately clean condition. Bed was the comfiest I've slept in - will be buying the same mattress for my bedroom. Brandon, the manager, responded instantly, politely, and helpfully to all requests. Skaha Lake beach, accessible by a hidden culvert under Hwy 97, was shielded from road noise and there were very few people there. I've written about 100 Booking.com reviews in the past and after nearly 3 years interruption due to Covid it's a pleasure to re-start my travel with a very positive experience
There's traffic noise from big rigs, muscle cars, motorbikes, and accelerating drivers on Hwy 97 passing in front of the hotel. Ear plugs recommended for night-time sleeping. Grocery stores, restaurants are not conveniently nearby, and walking by the hwy would be unpleeasant for the above reasons .

The location was good. Service was excellent but the value for the dollar I’m not sure! A bit dated and even though renovated needed some updates. Poor set up in the room with furniture that made it difficult to enjoy the room.
2 beds set up wrong and never had a proper view of the TV. Not sure why?

The staff and cleanliness were absolutely perfect.
The flowers were a nice touch.
The mattress was clean but not great.
