Magnifique view, yet the midnight train is quite the sound experience at night. The whole place is .

The train seamed to drive right through the closest bedroom of the facility. It woke me up fearfully. The rest was perfect! Thank you

Would stay here again.

Nice location. Buildings nice, modern and comfortable. Liked having a full kitchen.

We had no hot water for Saturday and into Sunday. Luke warm at best from the taps. Luke warm showers after long ski days… not great. Parking was limited despite the assigned parking. Parking spots just aren’t big enough- or drivers didn’t park tight enough- for modern vehicles. To be fair, the resort did send a warning email prior to our stay regarding the parking situation. The hot tub is a nice feature, but it was cold and windy up there. It would be nice if it was under a roof.

Close to lots of things

We stayed at main floor unit, foot steps from upstairs are so loud also from the wood. Also had some temperature issues.

Nice place to stay! Quick access to the town and outdoor adventures.

Convenient location. Walkable to the main part of town. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants (bagels close by!). Incredibly clean and well maintained.

Found the room to be on the colder side. Minimal results using the thermostat to increase temperature. Would recommend bringing your own extra sweaters/blankets.

We were comfortable and very satisfied with our stay.

Parking for the second vehicle in our party was quite distant from the accommodation and we couldn't actually maintain a constant surveillance of the car. Other than that, it was a great unit with lots of room for 5 people and well-equipped kitchen.

great stay enjoyed it very much except for not receiving follow up on my daughter earphones.

spacious, homey, lots of room for all and privacy and air conditioning worked amazingly for sleeping at night

we called later as my daughter left her ear phones there when she spoke to someone they said someone did find and say something about earphones. they would look into it and send them back via mail. however they never followed up. they were my daughters favorite. would like to receive them still

The room was kept well except for the oven that wasn't clean. Soap smells wonderful 😊

The room was smaller much, much smaller than what it stated in booking. It said it was 37m2 And in fact, it was no more than 14m2 Difficult to manage space for suitcases and personal belongings

a very nice facility and very family friendly!!!

the space in the unit was well planned. we had a 3 bdrm 3 1/2 bath unit for 8 people and so comfortable. the views were great with the Grand Rockies all around. excellent value and highly recommended!!

no coffee pot, just a French press which was not the best for 7 coffee drinkers

well equipped kitchen, apartment was a good size/nice layout with sufficient bathrooms. responsive staff

not enough parking spots (2 spots for a place that sleeps 12!); needed warmer bedding. bed not super comfortable

A great place! lots of room in the 2 bedroom condo! only downfall is the train tracks are directly behind the lodge… As it’s CP’s main line trains run all night long, every 30-50 mins through the night! as someone who works for a railway it’s not what you want to hear all night long! they do supply ear plugs. but our room looked right out onto the tracks!

Fantastic accommodation with good location for reasonable price!.!

The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. Bedrooms were a good size, shower was awesome. Good location with parking on site. Communication with check in staff and guest services supervisor Cleo Arana were friendly and professional.

The only thing I would have like was some tea towels in the kitchen to dry dishes as I'm not a big fan of dishwashers.

it was a good stay except the family staying above us were extremely loud late into the night. they didn’t obey the 10pm

Full kitchen. Comfy apartment for a week long stay.

There’s a lot of noise from other units and outside. The bed is very firm.
