Okay

The rooms were very out dated and the rooms stunk ! Like cigarettes and dog poop !

The tub was a nine slip tub very weird and rooms were old couch was gross the stress was on the sofa sleeper had mold on it

Regret.

The staff was very kind. This was mainly why I didn't leave the property when I know I should have.

Air conditioner did not function and I was not able to sleep. Room had to be changed 3 times & I finally gave up because I was advised by front desk that this is a known issue so moving rooms will not resolve. There were stains on the carpet, the room was not clean. It was the nastiest property I've ever been a guest of. Even the fitness room smelled bad. I needed a vacation AFTER my stay here because I actually felt sick once I returned home. The rooms were dark, damp, musty, & sticky. I am truly sorry I chose this hotel.

Nasty Bedding

The Breakfast was great, but our bedding had what looked like old blood stains. We told the girl at the front desk at check out and all she said was I will let housekeeping know. I guess the hotel is not big on customer service and satisfaction. for a 150.00 for one night i expected a lot more from Hilton.

The room, pool, restaurant, shuttle, staff and breakfast were great

Really should replace the sun filter curtains, ours were shredded, and door handle was broken on the balcony

Literally every hotel surrounding this one looked like better quality.

Larger space Outdoor pool area was nice

Doesn’t honor free breakfast for 3rd party bookings. Very outdated Tub didn’t drain Not very clean All ice machines were broken along with an elevator

Overall Awesome place to stay. Great Job guys!

Breakfast was fair, good selection just needs more love if u know what I mean. Room was awesome, stayed on 3rd floor. Staff was friendly, the bar was nice. It will probably be my Hotel spot when in Tucson.

Bathroom could have been bigger and the bed inside the couch was like a taco, Dipped in the middle so you just rolled inside.

Very tired hotel in much need of refurb.

Location to the airport was great, walking distance

Having stayed at many Hilton hotels in the past, I’m very surprised that this hotel is still allowed to carry the brand name. It looks like it may have once been a nice hotel but should have been upgraded about 20 years ago. Thankfully I only had one night, any longer and I would have complained. Everything was tired, my bedsheets looked like they’d been on the bed for about 6 months. The bed wasn’t comfy, the room needed redecorating… They hadn’t even put any effort into putting on my pillowcases. Very bizarre.

Hotel needs to be upgraded, wallpaper peeling from bathroom, refrigerator having a hard knocking sound all night, bed having worn down bed springs. For more than $200 a night, I would expect better.

Moving all of my booking in the future to anywhere else

Wasnt clean, HVAC is for the WHOLE building so you cant have your room that you you overpayed for at the temp you want. Only turn the fan on or off. Miserable.

Very happy

Everything! The breakfast was fantastic and the people at the desk were very accommodating and friendly. The beds and pillows were sink in comfy. I would recommend this hotel.

One of the workers at the pool made a rude comment about my service dog. I reported it to the desk and they took care of the matter.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean. Property is well kept.

The only thing that bothered me was on our 2nd night we found out that if we didn't close our door a certain way the latch didn't pop out leaving the ability to push open our door. We told a staff member and they sent a maintenance worker over right away. But he only showed my husband how to adjust something so the door would catch and lock from the outside. I tried but couldn't get the hang of it, so only my husband knew how to shut it properly. If we were staying longer than 2 nights I would have asked for another room, to have piece of mind. Next time I'll make sure to check that first.
