I would strongly recommend the Diplomat regardless of who your traveling with; couple, family or friends.

I enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed on the property. This made not having a rental irrelevant.

We had a great week of relaxing and enjoying the pool and beach.

We loved the view from our room and the amenities

We were not able to rent two bikes and some things were very expensive.

I had a good time maybe I'm too old, for the Hialeah crowd, By the way I'm Cuban.

I liked the resort for the pool and the beach access. The Diplomat Prime restaurant and the playa restaurant. My room was clean.

The standards of Hilton have diminished drastically. Attracting low standards of people that lack manners and disrespect. In resorts with higher standards the quality of people know how to properly behave and carry themselves. The pool area needs more restriction to what you can actually bring. The pool area looked like everyone from Hialeah, Fl. was there with some restriction you can actually keep the place a little better. No outside floats (only children's, toddles swimming vest or a child's life Jacket) No outside drinks like a 2 Lider soda with your own pitcher of ice, No wagons.

Expect to pay more than you thought

The pool and beach were really nice. One of the best mojitos I've ever had.

Every single transaction has 20% gratuity included already. Wouldn't have minded if servers were actually attentive and drinks weren't so expensive. Lots of hidden fees/taxes on the stay itself, so this added up to much more than we expected. Now that we are home our credit card charges are not adding up to the invoice we signed (got charged more and have to call them to sort it out).

No me gustó, el precio abusivo de más y más detalles. Las largas esperas, lo poco prácticos. Nadie hablaba español. No secador de cabello en la Habitación. Desastre. No volvería

Llegamos tarde con un niño, nos hicieron esperar más de una hora. No tenían ya Service Room ni nada para comer a las 23:00. NO unificaron mis dos reservas

Very lack luster, overpriced and you will pay $50 a night to park on their garage which the room key rarely works to get in and out of the gate. The beds are rock hard as well. Save yourself $250 a night and stay at a Holdiay Inn. This place is all hype and I rate it 2/10.

המלון מהמם , חוף צמוד בריכה גדולה ארוחת בוקר עשירה , חדר מהמם בקומה 34 צוות אדיב .

הומה ועמוס , הצוות של החניה לא עצר לרגע הביאו מכוניות והחזירו בלי הפסקה . היו די ג׳יי ומסיבות בסופ״ש שהיינו , פחות לנו . למעלית לוקח זמן להגיע לקומות הגבוהות .

Disappointing Experience at the Diplomat Beach Resort My recent stay at the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood Beach was far from the relaxing getaway my family and I had hoped for. Despite splurging on what we expected to be a luxurious experience to celebrate my wife's birthday and Mother's Day, we were met with disappointment at every turn. Firstly, the exorbitant prices for basic amenities were shocking. Paying $60 per night for valet parking or $47 for self-parking is highway robbery. Even worse, if you opt for a few hours of parking, you're still slapped with a hefty $43 bill. These prices are simply unjustifiable. Upon arrival, we were greeted not by the serene ambiance we had anticipated, but by a bustling business convention. The lobby was swarming with corporate types in suits, hardly the tranquil atmosphere we were seeking for a weekend getaway. The following day was no better, as the hotel played host to a high school prom, inundating the premises with rowdy teenagers. And to top it off, Mother's Day brought even more chaos, leaving the pool area and private beach unbearably overcrowded. Speaking of the pool and beach, the overcrowding was exacerbated by the hotel's practice of selling day passes and cabanas to non-guests. This meant that paying guests like us had to jostle for space with day visitors, further diminishing the quality of our stay. The cherry on top of this disappointing experience was the outrageous prices for food and beverages. $100 for two Caesar salads? Absurd. We were left with no choice but to seek sustenance outside the hotel premises, undermining the convenience we had expected from a luxury resort. In light of these issues, we made the decision to cut our stay short and leave a day earlier than planned. When we approached the hotel staff to express our concerns, they merely directed us to Booking.com, where we had made our reservation.

Lástima el final... en los detalles esta secreto (no lo saben... una pena)

La gerenta/encargada que nos hizo el check out del hotel. Nos cobro agua que no consumimos, fue muy poco amable. Pagamos por la estadía una suma importante y nos dejo un gusto amargo por cargar u$s 9 que no correspondían! En los detalles esta la diferencia y la categoría de una marca/hotel. Lamentable y el error fue claramente de ellos. Un claro ejemplo de como en 5 minutos y con cero priorización por el cliente pueden tirar por la borda lo que había sido una buena experiencia .

Don’t expect food!!

The small pool was over crowded because the large pool wasn’t heated. The restaurant facilities were unable to accommodate a fully booked hotel. Almost impossible to get breakfast, especially for a party of six people.

Excellent, comfortable, clean and safe.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean. The place was absolutely beautiful.

The traffic was heavy and the drivers were rude and extremely aggressive. It would be nice to have more food selections nearby for variety.

Staff was friendly. Water was nice

They did not have my reservation. Took nearly an hour to checkin. I was “upgraded” to the room that I originally paid for. Additional $45 a day fee that was not told until check in. The beach was filled with trash everyday. So much garbage everywhere. The staff states it’s like this everyday.

Birthday getaway - got an upgrade to ocean view, beautiful hotel, comfortable not stuffy. Great Super Bowl party and the spa was excellent too. We loved our trip!

The cabana rentals ruin the beach view - it's not a great strategy to allow them to sit in front of other people enjoying the beach. I'd suggest a separate area for them.

Very Beautiful and Gorgeous resort to spent a few days away from the Cold in NY

The pool area was spacious and well laid out. It allow for quiet sections when needed. The beach area was clean of debris and the service was excellent.

I was missing a hair dryer in my room and had to wait over 30 minutes with wet hair before one was delivered to my room.

Staff responsiveness was poor. All of them Check -in ( Forgot to give my DL back) Concierge bordering rude. Morning receptionist clueless. 1 hour 5 minutes to get my car back from Valet. Room view was terrible. The minibar was empty.
