Location , price and front desk girl.
Had to switch rooms, because they didn't change the batteries in the alarm. Just kept going off. Get to the other room and no towels(not 1 towel) and the refer was full of sunflower seeds on the floor of it and shelves were thrown in.

STAY AWAY : the entire property is covered in scaffolding and yellow caution tape - I don't know how it is they are even still taking reservations like this. So in addition to being a complete catastrophe customer-service-wise, it is also clearly in disrepair, and should not be taking guests or reservations of any sort. (Booking.com should de-list this property.)
We showed up for our "guaranteed" reservation for our rooms to accommodate our family of ELEVEN PEOPLE and the 24-hr front desk told us they had no rooms for us. At 11pm! Despite my having messaged them to let them know we were coming, and calling twice earlier! Totally unacceptable.

I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has very clean rooms. The staff are nice as well, although they seem short-handed as the line in the office was often quite long. They did a good job of trying to move it along as quickly as possible. This hotel is located close to the freeway which can be both a good and a bad thing. I think I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.
Requested to change rooms twice. The first was a few minutes after i got there and saw that my room was located on the side of the hotel that faced the freeway. It was loud. I was told by management that it was the only room available. They said to try again the next morning at 11, when guests were checking out. When I followed up and did that, I was told that no rooms were ready at the moment, and that i would be given a phone call later in the day when an alternative room became available. That call never came. I had to stay in the same loud room both nights i was there.
There were two reasons i felt dissatisfied. First, I made reservations a week in advance. Guests with reservations should be given priority for their preferences over walk-ins. Second, I felt i paid too much... even though the room was clean, it was poor value given the hotel's location (specifically where that room was located).

That it was near a shopping center.
Everything else. There were no towels iron shampoo blankets anything in the room. The staff was absolutely horrible. When we asked for an item we needed they told us they would bring it up to us and berber ever did.

Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and returned for location and room value. The room was clean. Everything was in working condition. The pool was very clean as well as the tables and chairs around the pool. Several fast food restaurants within a a very short walking distance. Costco is close by and a family fun center.
Some guests were rather noisy with late arrivals. Several guests were smokers and not respectful of the hotel property or other guests. The hotel has some dark areas that could be better lighted.

The check-in was like the twilight zone. We had prepaid for the room. When we checked in, at 9 pm, we had to stand outside and speak through a glass window as though we were in a low budget convenience store. I was told there were no more rooms although I said that can't be because we had a confirmation number etc. Then the check-in woman said, "Oh, there is a room, but you have to check no one else is in it." I couldn't believe she said this. I said I wanted to speak to a manager to which she said no one was there. I had to push her to make a call to a superior. It was a most unpleasant, unprofessional experience. The check-in person was most unwelcoming and didn't have a clue. Ig I hadn't pressed her, we would have spent the night looking for another place to stay. By the way, there is no coffee maker in the room and the towels are as thin as paper. DON'T STAY HERE.

I liked that it was clean and that there was a fridge.
The free wifi didn't work and the t.v. didn't work the first day. There was also no sign that you could put on the door to say please clean or do not disturb.

Noise from adjacent Birger King Drive-thru and other guests problematic. When I arrived at 10 pm there was a giant warm air blower in my room. The room was 90 degrees. Carpet still drying. When I asked about it the exhausted front desk person told me to just unplug the fan drying machine that clearly didn’t belong in the room.

Room was clean but for the entire 3 day stay, they never came in to provide fresh washcloths/towels or to even empty the trash.
The Wi-Fi was not working consistently. The front desk staff told me that it wasn't working in every room! Also, the TV began to require password codes even for news channels and one front desk staff told me that a former aggrieved maintenance worker had disabled some channels while another front desk worker told me that it was an issue related to the Wi-Fi issue - both of these explanations are complete nonsense. I had stayed at this hotel just the week before and had none of these problems. For the entire 3 day stay I was unable to use my laptop and had very limited TV watching. They had promised it was fixed by day # 2 but it was not ever fixed for my stay.
