I'm glad I was alone. I won't be using this place again, EVER!

the suite was spacious and clean, lighting was very good but clumsy. there were lots of towels, a big plus. the beds were comfortable.

No document of available services for customers was ever given! the A/C was effective but VERY NOISEY. The room was not cleaned daily - I was informed by the lady that they need 24 hour notice. the towels weren't replaced/refreshed - I had to go to the front desk to get towels. the breakfast was "acceptable" except for the non-working juice machine and the lady who was apparently responsible was very indifferent to it all. and she didn't speak english, which made it even worse

I was truly disappointed and so were my grandchildren and miother.

Location was ok

I went three specifically to let my grandchildren get in the pool. Well the pool was closed apparently due to a maintenance problem. Very disappointed and they would not allow us to switch hotels. I paid for a pool and did not get it. Will not recommend this Hotel. We had to go down to the lobby and 2nd floor to get ice because the one on our floor was not working. Inconvenienced again.

Disappointing

The area and quietness

My Ac unit was very loud and could barely sleep I got married earlier that day and booked with you guys due to reviews. Told front desk they said see what can do never called back. I wanted my wedding night to be the best but interrupt by noisey ac unit and when I turned water on in bath tub red plastic was floating around. The area was good so that's was pleasing

Spacious and comfortable suites with a full breakfast provided, made for a wonderful stay!

Room was huge. Loved it. Jacuzzi was perfect for two. Breakfast was wonderful. We were so pleasantly surprised. Traveled to play a music festival and ran right back to our room after the gig..

Only thing was no ice as the machine was broken. Wasn't really a big deal. We survived. Our drinks were plenty cold in the little fridge in our room.

Old facility, could use some renovation updates; musty smell; bathtub faucet was stuck, hard to turn; fellow guests making too much noise in the middle of the night.

Over-exceeded my expectations

I love the breakfast, the location and the staff My kids absolutely loved the pool. We truly enjoyed our time there and will be returning. I was pleased and the room over met my expectations!! Thank you!!

For the cost I was Very disappointed…will not stay again.

The breakfast was good…there was an assortment of breakfast foods hot and cold to choose from. Liked the fact that there was two areas in the room with TV’s to relax and enjoy.

Hotel was very noisy especially in the middle of the night. Lots of banging noises and people running around. Too close to the highway without a noise barrier. The blow dryer in room didn’t work, the toilet ran continuously, the fridge made a ticking noise, the air conditioner/heater was very loud and there was stink bugs in the room. Was very uncomfortable!

I didn’t like that I had to chase Roaches🪳around the room or that their was no urgency to make it right. And it still hasn’t been made right. And I didn’t like that a light in the pool came loose while the kids were in it at the time.
