Room 222 hot water in shower didn't work. The space between the door and for was to high so it allowed too much hot air to enter the room.

Ich habe online ein NichtraucherZimmer gebucht.
An der Rezeption behauptete dann die Angestellte, ich hätte Raucher gebucht und die Änderung koste $.
Mein Check-out hatte ich verschlafen, weil wir so gut geschlafen haben.
Der Angestellte wollte aber sofort US-$ 60.- wegen 15.- Min. verspätetem Checkout.
Er sagte, die Putzfrau müsse wegen mir warten und länger arbeiten. Dabei waren das NachbarsZimmer und auf dem ganzen Flur.. mehrere Türen offen, wo ich reinsah: die Zimmer waren noch nicht gereinigt..
Also musste keine Putzfrau warten.
In meinen Augen waren das 2 mühsame Versuche, mir zusätzliches Geld abzunehmen.

Absolutely nothing. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
The location was horrible. Construction right next door. Dirty and unfriendly staff. The old Indian guy has the worst attitude. And to top it off, I found blood spots on my toilet paper so you know meth heads stay there frequently. I threw the roll of toilet paper away! Don’t stay here but if you have to, check those toilet paper.

Die Lage zum Medlife Stadion. Nach dem Football Spiel war es super nur noch kurz laufen zu müssen.

There was plenty of parking
Several issues with the room and the hotel that were not addressed. No cold water, tv/remote not working, people partying in the courtyard well after midnight, staff not at the front desk, not answering the phone and giving false info. Cut our stay short.

The location is great if your visiting metlife stadium or the Meadowlands area. The prices are great. If the hotel isn't your destination and your just looking for a cheap clean room to crash during your trip this place is just that. If your looking to relax and enjoy the hotel there's not much to offer.
The facility could really use some updating you can tell this was a really hotel 30 years ago.

room was ok. Had to take an uber every where which was so costly. Manager had told us when we called to ask about transportation there was transportation just a block away for New York and met stadium. Could never find this bus.

I liked how close the hotel was to the stadium and staff were very helpful
There were cicada beetles EVERYWHERE. I do not remember ever seeing that many cicadas in the entire world. My room was mostly clean, except the bathroom had mold in it.

Staff was rude! Room was dirty! Ended up leaving as the room was dirty and staff just left me in the dirty room and never came back to resolve the issue. If you want to stay in a place that doesn't clean your room and steal your money, this is the place to stay otherwise save your money and go somewhere else. Booking.com did nothing to help. Wanted me to stay in this dirty room while they waited for a 24 hour response from the property manager. It is pass the 24 hours and booking.com still has not responded.

Excellent location, very close to NYC for a morning commute into the city. Bed was very comfortable, fresh linens and towels. We will book it again the future.

I booked here due to the affordability of the rooms in comparison to the other local hotels. Was trying to find something close to the American Dream since that was the purpose of our trip, which worked out great only being 5 mins away.
Apparently, I'm 1 of the only people on the planet that didn't realize Super 8 Hotels are considered lower end, especially in comparison to what I'm used to. The room was affordable but, not completely cheap so I assumed it wouldn't be horrible, which it wasn't but, still much lower quality. Room smelled like foot.. like BAD! Bathroom missing light covers & also found some stray hairs on sink & shower. I wouldn't book here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. It's unacceptable to have blood stains on the toilet seat, the sink and fridge was dirty, and the furniture was dusty. Despite our repeated requests for room service, the room was never cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and on the last day we tried once more to get the room cleaned, but we were informed that the cleaning service was not possible due to a staff shortage, which is unacceptable in a hotel. We paid for a clean and comfortable stay, and we did not receive it. (the pictures are not good because we took them after we started cleaning by ourselves)
