Breakfast was more than expected.

Bathroom exhaust fan inoperative. Bathroom light was intermittent regarding illumination.

I like how spacious the room was

The room is very outdated...the toilet clogged up soon as we got there. You could hear people walking up stairs from you room. It smelled badly.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating. He was pleasant and helpful.

There were people blocking the entrance and were not asked to move by hotel staff. It was very inconsiderate and inconvenient.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

You hear the upstairs neighbors walk/run. The parking lot lights are super bright making you think you overslept. Unfortunately there was no hot water left when we wanted to shower in the morning.

Good location, which was away from the road. The room was very big and had various useful facilities.

Luckily we were waking up early on the day, however it would have been very annoying otherwise and we could hear the shower and bathroom facilities of the room next door which were unbelievably loud.

Mold on bathroom ceiling. Air conditioning unit sounded like a whistle when kicked on like the sound of an alarm clock. Turned off and luckily not too hot so I could sleep. Shower water pressure kept closing the plug for tube and had to keep pulling up to drain and then black stuff came out of the drain. Room very outdated.

Location room was very nice and clean.

Jacuzzi tub had water turned off. Would have been nice to try it out. Assumed it was because of Covid restrictions.

The bed was comfortable & the room felt clean

The property definitely needs some upgrading

The staff was excellent. The young man that worked the front desk at night was the same guy at the breakfast in the morning. Had a great attitude. I had left a item at the hotel and the GM was nice enough to have it mailed back to me once I paid postage. Overall, the staff I encountered was impressive. they went above and beyond with a great attitude.

The property was dirty, worn out. Carpet had rips in it. Mirrors were smeared. Windows were beyond filthy. Dust. Couch had a weird stain that made me not want to sit on it. That particular day the elevator was out. Trash in the parking lot. Room had a hot tub that did not work.

Some of the breakfast was ok. The waffle turned out good but I could not find the butter and put syrup on. The milk and orange juice were good. The location was nice and comfortable.

Sunday breakfast: Arrived at 7:00 because I love breakfast in a hotel. The potatoes, sausages and eggs were cold and tasteless. Could not find any salt and pepper. No attendant present. Potatoes were dry, sausages were very greasy and the eggs did not even taste like eggs. All were cold so I heat up my plate in the microwave and that did not improve anything. Put the greasy sausages between napkins to remove the grease. Still no improvement and had to throw it away. The waffle was “ok” but not did not have a good flavor. Could not find the butter so I just put syrup on it. The attendant was no where to ask. Later I found the butter but by then the waffle was cold. Could not finish that just like my plate I heated up. The coffee was “so dark” and bitter I could not drink it. No attendant to ask if there was any other coffee that could replace it. I left hungry and had “the runs” all day. Monday breakfast: Arrived at 8:00 o’clock to see if there was any difference than Sunday. There were no potatoes, a few greasy sausages and the a little eggs. No attendant in room. There was only one guest in there. No coffee pump dispenser on counter so I just got milk and juice. Decided to try the instant oatmeal and there was no hot water in the pump dispenser. No attendant in room to ask for some. Got water from the juice machine and heated that up in the microwave oven. The toppings provided helped but some brown sugar would have been good.
