We are planning our next trip

Great location. Family and grandkids felt welcomed. Very family oriented. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The water temperature was perfect. Close to Red Rocks Canyon which was our daytime destination. Excellent local restaurants nearby. Our truck fit under the covered parking, which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Nothing that I can think of. Very satisfied with our choice.

Wonderful unit in a perfect location with great amenities at a fabulous price!

Heated pool and spa. Pool table. Late hours to be able to utilize these things. Free in unit laundry. Location to everything you could possible need. Off the Strip to avoid that craziness. Free parking.

Beautiful place!

It’s a home away from home, I like that they have shuttle to bring guests to the Strip. I love the place as it has everything we needed.

Duirng our first night, the hot tub wasn’t even hot at all as it was broken. The dishwasher doesn’t work and please wash all your beddings even those with different colored pillow case as it smells bad so we didn’t bother using it.

Comfortable place to stay on the west side of Vegas

Well-situated for the activities we wanted to do in the area. Comfortable pool area. Furniture in the unit was fine and spacious for a one bedroom unit. Staff was very friendly and solved our coffee question!!

Underneath the airport flight path, so while the airport was not particularly close, the plane noise was noticeable. Kitchen cabinets are laminate; lamination is sagging and looks worn. No cookie sheet in the kitchen; other tools were adequate. It would have been nice to have access to BBQ tools, since the pool area has BBQs.

Nice condos; great pool

The grounds were very well kept and it had the air of sophistication that you don't always get from a condo complex. The pool and jacuzzi area was excellent. The condo itself was also quite nice and featured all the amenities we like when we travel.

It's a little far from the action of the strip and other places. They say it's about 10 minutes away, but it's more like 20 or so. The shuttle was a bit on the inconvenient side.

Great overall if they fix the internet connectivity and clean that hottub

location on west side of town and away from the strip was great...only a few minutes from Red Rock Canyon made it very family friendly. Kids loved the pool.

Cleanliness of the pool & hottub - really great facility with an amazing outdoor pool. The hottube was pretty gross though once the jets turned off and you could see the water...visible algae to the extent that we (and another guest who saw it) avoided going in once we saw it. However, the biggest drawback to our stay was that the internet was really (really really) bad. Like 1995 bad. We asked and the (friendly) staff said they were having troubles with their server...but it persisted the entire duration of our 5 day stay. The connection would drop so frequently that it was impossible to send emails, messenger chat, etc. Absent these issues, the property would get a 9 from me.

So much better than the strip!

The room was very comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen. We were close enough to the strip to spend some time there, but far enough away that traffic wasn't crazy. There were many restaurants near by as well as stores like Target. We would definitely stay there again!

The lamp in the living room was a little bright. With a small child sleeping there we wanted something a little dimmer to act as a night light for them. Overall, no significant complaints.
